Registration MUST be done well ahead of the shipping date in order for the approved list to be sent to USDA, to China for approval and to the County ACOs in the field. ONLY Companies (and City) names that appear on the carton label and that match the approved China Registration list may be certified. ACO: Inspect 100% of all fruit from 1% of cartons approved for export. ACOs MUST check this list prior to certifying grapes to China and if the company is not listed, DO NOT CERTIFY the grapes. NOTE: It takes some time for China to add a shipper name and city to the approved list. Our main office sends out the most updated list to ACOs.
