Paylocity Compliance Training Course Catalog Paylocity s Compliance Training Portfolio is designed to provide you and your team members with the training and awareness of the federal and state laws and regulations as they pertain to employment practices. It also prepares your team members in securing company and personal data and information in today s modern technological society. Due to the professional and personal consequences that this issue carries, supervisors and employees need to be able to recognize incidents of bullying and violence along with the proper actions to take to prevent and respond to it. Therefore, this training informs supervisors and employees about the consequences of workplace bullying and violence and their warning signs. The training also provides supervisors and employees with preventative measures in stopping bullying and violence. For supervisors and employees, this course also covers how to report and respond to incidents when these offensive conducts occur.
