Lessons learned implementing & compliance ICMC Training and implementing Consciousness Work hand by hand Safety culture Dealing and standardization Continuous supervision Investment and timing a personal contact with the logistics provider, the attitude to jointly work in a continuous optimization process and the willingness to learn from each other helps to minimize potential risks during the transport. Page: 22
We permanently strengthen our safety culture because it is one thing to have all the procedures and formats completed but you must live it in the whole organization every day. This will become even more challenging when we have our cyanide plant in Mexico up and running from 2015 onwards. Page: 23
