Call for Sponsors and Exhibitors: We are seeking Sponsors and Exhibitors that have products and services that would reinforce the conference and be attractive to a talent development audience. Being a Sponsor or Exhibitor at our event is a very visible way to reach a highly engaged set of decision makers focused on learning & development. We look forward to receiving your application! This document provides an overview of the Conference and describes the Sponsor and Exhibitor opportunities. If you are interested, please complete the Sponsor and Exhibitor Contract (separate document) and provide payment in full. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis, with organizations that were Sponsors & Exhibitors in previous NEAC Conferences getting preferential selection through January 12, 2018. Conference Overview: The NEAC conference will take place on Friday, March 23rd from 8 am to 5 pm. There will be a networking reception the evening before on Thursday from 6 to 10 pm on March 22, 2018. The reception and conference will be held at the Sheraton Needham in Needham, MA. This is our 8 th year in operation, and the feedback has been tremendous from attendees, Sponsors and Exhibitors. Given last year s reception, we very well may sell out this year. The program includes keynote addresses and concurrent session tracks, all supporting the topics and themes important to Learning and Development Professionals. The ATD New England Area Conference grows each year with increasing numbers of attendees. Sponsors and Exhibitors have visibility and access to up to 300 learning and development professionals, representing the 8 ATD New England Area Chapters, from Maine to Connecticut, including learning & development managers, decision makers, corporate trainers, instructional designers, training consultants and others from all over New England to meet, share experiences and explore the latest innovations in talent development. A handling and storage fee of $25 per box/item or $5 per pound will be assessed. The mandatory handling and storage fee is retained by the hotel and is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge for employees providing the handling services.
