Key International Partners: Iraq Excess Defense Articles 3 C-130Js in 2005 Foreign Military Sales In 2008 DSCA notified Congress of a sale of 6 new C-130Js Delivery to begin in 2013 USAF and Iraqi Air Force partnered from 2005-2009 for the U.S. C-130 Air Advisory Mission to train pilots, engineers, security forces, logisticians Iraq began independent C-130 operations in September 2009

C-130 Technical Coordination Group The single point of contact for member countries for follow-on technical support 34 international partners represented Argentina, Australia, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Greece, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Korea, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey Total package support based on customers needs USAF answered 1,333 action items in CY11 74% of all action items were answered in less than 10 calendar days

C-130 Joint Users Group C-130J Cooperative Projects Memorandum of Understanding (Australia, Canada, Denmark, Italy, Norway, United Kingdom, and the United States) Establishes the terms for the signatory nations to share information and establish cooperative projects for common requirements on the C-130J weapons system used in their national fleets
