Getting Started For shipments from WHQ nikeship is a custom web based shipping tool designed for Nike users to create US export shipments from WHQ Campus. nikeship will allow you to maintain a personal address book, print out shipping labels and pro-forma invoices, while providing a better means to track Shipments. Shipments of merchandise to Vietnam require special handling. Please contact Mailroom prior to processing. Shipment of documents is allowed. For shipments with line items valued over $2,500, please contact: US.EXPORT@NIKE.COM Please Provide 3 copies of Commercial Invoice (Export Documents) to send with each shipment. nikeship is accessed via Zero within Business and Office/Mail and Shipping nikeship WHQ quick ship user guide Page 2 of 16

Select ship-to information from an address book or type an address in Ship from information is populated from your user profile. By unchecking this box you can store your shipment for processing later This allows you create a multi package shipment to the same address Your cost center will appear here. Pending shipments are accessed from the link on the ship tab Select the shipment you want and then continue. By using the pending shipment function you can create a shipment (label and invoice) and save it. Then you can access it later to add to it or edit. nikeship helps you easily creates pro forma commercial invoice. For all shipments except documents. Pro forma commercial Invoices are pre-populated using information from the shipment. You add line item details and other specifics. nikeship WHQ quick ship user guide Page 8 of 16
Make sure country of manufacturer matches what is marked on the product being shipped. Also choose a reason for export from the dropdown Once you select finished, a window will pop up with the invoice and another window with the label. (If you do not see the invoice pop up please check your pop up blocker settings on your internet browser, it will need to be set to allow pop ups from nikeship) nikeship WHQ quick ship user guide Page 9 of 16
Print 3 copies of the Commercial Invoice and one copy of the label fold in half and insert into the plastic sleeve which you attach to your box. For multiple package shipments you put a label on each box but only 3 copies of invoice on first box. nikeship WHQ quick ship user guide Page 10 of 16
You can view your shipments in the shipment history screen. Select a shipment then use the buttons at the bottom to: get details and reprint the label track the shipment, void the shipment, reprint the invoice print a receipt Export all shipment data to a CSV file nikeship WHQ quick ship user guide Page 11 of 16

FAQ LIST Q: Can you explain what the "id code" is in the personal address book file? A: It is only the number of each address in your list, 1, 2, 3 etc Q: How do I reprint a label? A: Go to shipment history, choose a record, select details, select reprint Q: I can t find China in the dropdown list. A: Look under Peoples Republic of China Q: What weight should I use when shipping a letter? A: 0 Q: Do I need an invoice for a Letter? A: no, as long as it only contains documents (a Compact disc is not a document) Q: How do I change my password? A: Select Profile button from top of main page, key in new password, select Update. Q: How long is my data stored in Shipment History? A: 90 days, you can also export the data in.csv format from the shipment history screen to store on your PC for as long as needed. Q: What if I need to send my shipment by a faster method? A: The service used by nikeship is UPS Express Saver. This is our fastest export service and is comparable or better than our competitor s fastest mode. Q: What cost code should I use? Q: What if I miss the shipment cutoff; can I drop my package at a UPS store? A: Most UPS stores will accept your package if it is properly prepared, but keep in mind that they will have a cut off time for same day export too. Q: What must I include in the Description field on the Invoice? A: What it is, what it is made of, what it is used for, also any more details about the product you may have Q: What if I don t find the packaging I need in a WHQ mailroom? A: For fabric swatches from the fabric library, the MCO (Manufacturing country of origin) will be visible on the hanger, or you can speak to the librarian and she will help you with that information.
