ROOF & WALL SYSTEMS "After 37 years experience, over 3,000 homes, I spent 2 years researching the market for affordable, energy efficient products for the emerging wave of "green housing". I use the Ray-Core panel because you know in your heart, when using the Ray-Core panel; you have given the structure and the buyer, a gift that keeps on giving, (savings) every day for the life of the structure. My total electric home has run about $200 a month for 38 years. If I had Ray-Core panels for those 456 months my bill would have been cut in half, a savings of $45,600 that could have been invested elsewhere, not to mention the energy saved and the pollution prevented." Ken Auvil W.V. Green West Virginia FINALLY A AFFORDABLE BUILDING SYSTEM THAT: -EXCEEDS or MEETS all CODES -EASIER and FASTER to INSTALL -MAKES BUILDERS STANDOUT in the MARKET Cost and energy efficiency is now the demand of home buyers. Federal and local mandates, owner requirements, and wise builder/developers are looking for the edge in home design and energy savings.

ROOF SYSTEMS Are you using TJI s in your roof system? TJI Hybrid Block Panel System Standard Roof Panel Features: -Standard integrated wood members 16 or 24 O.C. -3.5, 5.5, 7.25 by 4 wide and up to 12 in length *custom sizes available -Polyurethane foam insulation, class 1 fire rated -Paper-thin, foil radiant, flame-retardant vapor barrier -Superior sound deadening properties -Approved for vented & non vented roofs Panels Simplify Roof Framing Practices: Ship lap interlocking system Simply Smart Energy Saving Products Integrated wood members provide a screw & nail base. These wood members transfer the weight of the roof through the members to the rafters or tongue & grove, keeping the foam molecules from collapsing which degrades the R-Value over time. Foil radiant vapor barrier on both sides help eliminate the thermal transfer through the integrated wood members by 89%. With RAY-CORE polyurethane foam, topped off with a foil-radiant vapor barrier on both sides, SIP quality is brought to a new level. R-VALUES 3.5=R26 @ 50 F 5.5=R42 @ 50 F 7.25=R52 @ 50 F
ROOF SYSTEMS When can I use roof panels? -Vaulted, open-beam roof applications (vented & non vented) -Air conditioned attic spaces -TJI roof systems -Truss roof systems The Simple & Smart Roof Panel How are RAY-CORE roof panels installed? Injected class 1 fire rated polyurethane foam core Rafters or trusses per structural requirements 4-12 self drilling SIP screws are screwed through wood member into decking or rafters Integrated roof nail base 16 or 24 O.C. RAY-CORE s roof panel design resolves MOLD, MILDEW, and WATER DAMAGE issues. Roof Sheathing can be nailed to the integrated wood in the factory, although it is recommend to be nailed on the jobsite. This allows for the OSB or Plywood to overlap the panel joints insuring a stronger airtight roof system. *Unlike most sandwich panels, RAY-CORE will not inject polyurethane foam directly to the OSB O board. When OSB gets wet during installation or because of a roof leaks, ice i damming, condensation or other common roof problems, it begins to swell, grow mold, mildew, and break down. This swelling diminishes the integrity of the sheathing requiring it to be replaced. If the OSB is glued to the t foam the whole panel has to be replaced in order to fix the damaged roof decking. This is the case with other SIP sandwich panels.. But with RAY-CORE, simply pull up the damaged sheets of OSB and replace them. RAY-CORE is the far superior solution. 1-877-552-2440
