Warranty All ACO trench systems are sold with a service warranty. The warranty is subject to the use of the correct product for the given traffic and loading requirements and is only valid when installed and maintained in accordance with ACO s recommendations. Under normal conditions, ACO trench systems are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a minimum of 12 months after the date of substantial completion or 24 months after date of purchase, whichever is sooner. ACO is not responsible for any liability for failure to follow these instructions. The manufacturer s liability is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods.
