He served as a Board Member of Greening Australia from 2007 2009, and is a past President of Australia India Chamber of Commerce. Dr Singh founded Aus-India Business and Cultural Forum Inc. (AIBCF) in 2014, which is a peak business forum and is the current President. Dr Singh also founded Bio Energy Society of India (BESI) in 1983 and Renewable Energy and Environmental Development Society of India (REEDS) in 1991. Dr Singh represented Australia on International Energy Agency Task VIII for Very Large-Scale Photovoltaics (VLS-PV) and delivered plenary and keynote addresses in the World Renewable Energy Congresses and the World Solar Congresses as well as participated in international panel discussions. He has published more than 70 publications in reputable international journals and further, he edited various Newsletters and Proceedings. Dr Singh was awarded the prestigious UNESCO Young Scientist Award (1988) for his outstanding contribution in the field of renewable energy. Dr Singh has conceptualised and designed the World s First Solar Powered Bio-Toilets called Daya Solar Powered Bio-Toilets. 2. Mr Kalwant Dhillon, FCPA Executive Director / Chief Financial Officer,, and Sun Brilliance Energy (India) Pvt Ltd Kalwant Dhillon has had an extensive career of over 35 years in finance, accounting and business spanning from Australia to the South East Asian region covering the Business, Professional and Government sectors. Kalwant is an experienced and respected Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and his past experiences includes working at Ernst & Young, Sun Alliance Group, the Australian Investments and Securities Commission (ASIC), Western Australia s largest Waste Management Authority, and some of the larger US Multinationals in the Oil and Gas sector. He has also worked on large green projects under the Build Own and Operate (BOO) arrangements in the Waste Management sector. Professor Ray Wills, FAIE, MAICD Non-Executive Director,, and Sun Brilliance Energy (India) Pvt Ltd Professor Ray Wills is a highly regarded businessman and owns and manages the advisory firm Future Smart Strategies. He is also a Director and Leader of the blue economy firm Blue Australasia; a Board Member of Western Australia s regional energy services provider Horizon Power; and Director of the bioenergy startup BioTek Fuels Pty Ltd. In addition, Prof Wills is Adjunct Professor at The University of Western Australia contributing to the academic program and providing advice to UWA on sustainability, and one of UWA s media spokespersons on climate change and new technology. Prof Wills has had a wide ranging career and is an authoritative and respected commentator and adviser on sustainability and technology across all sectors including the built environment, cleantech, energy infrastructure, industrials, manufacturing, resources, transport, and water. Prof Wills current research interests include adoption rates of technology, disruptive technology including automation and robotics, and the impact of social media on markets. Prof Wills is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Energy, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Prof Wills was recognised by Singapore-based ABC Carbon as one of the Top 100 Global Leaders in Sustainability in 2011, an honour renewed each year since, and from 2014 listed by UK-based SustMeme Magazine as one of the top 100 Global Influencers in Social Media on Climate Change and Energy, based on independent social media metrics. 4. Mr Ramesh Singh Managing Director, Sun Brilliance Energy (India) Pvt Ltd Ramesh Singh is a qualified Electrical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and has 35 years of experience working in senior managerial roles in the commercial and government sectors. As General Manager in HPCL, he executed MP state power projects, and managed a work force of more than 1000 labour/contractors including 100 Engineers, provided technocommercial view, directed projects on power quality aspect including sanitization, reliability and energy related issues, resolved harmonics on large projects. Ramesh Singh is also an Energy Auditor accredited by Bureau of Energy Efficiency of India. ~ 5 ~

Mr Ashok Sharma Non-Executive Director, Sun Brilliance Energy (India) Pvt Ltd Ashok Sharma, a technocrat having Post Graduate qualifications in Software Development & Computing Techniques as well as in Nuclear Science & technology. He has over 40 years of professional experience. He worked as a Scientist with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. His interest was in Special purpose machine design led to development of Photo-chemical milling system, Electro-static Powder coating techniques & other high tech engineering solutions. Later, as Chief Executive Officer, Sales & Marketing Manager and Technical Consultant to a group of companies in Saudi Arabia, he was responsible for conceptualizing as well as commissioning two advanced technology factories. More recently, to address the issue of plastic waste management, he has been involved developing and establishing a commercial scale process for converting assorted plastic wastes into petroleum fuels without generating secondary wastes. ACTIVITIES OF THE GROUP Rooftop Commercial & Residential Solar Power Systems The Company is currently engaged in supplying and installing rooftop solar power systems and other small to medium size solar power generation projects in Australia and India. has supplied and installed thousands of rooftop solar power system nationwide mainly in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne. The Group also suppled and installed Australia s First commercial solar power system of 130.25 kw in Welshpool (Perth), WA. Sun Brilliance supplied and installed the first solar power systems at Murdoch University. ~ 6 ~

Currently, the Group has a number of other commercial rooftop projects, ranging from 36kW to 99.5kW in Australia. Sun Brilliance has signed two MOUs for supplying and the installation of 800 Rooftop Commercial Systems ranging from 100 kw to 1 MW over a period of 3 years in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka States of India. Cleantech Products The Company also supplies and install Solar Water Heaters, LED Lights and Power Storage Solutions through maintenance-free Lithium and Gel Batteries. Daya Solar Powered Bio-Toilets Daya Solar Powered Bio-Toilets offer an innovative technological solution to light and ventilate facilities, flush toilets and dispose of human waste in an environmentally friendly manner. Daya Solar Powered Bio-Toilets conceptualised and designed by Dr Dilawar Singh, promoter of the Group. These Bio-toilets which has a good market potential in developing countries especially in India in the Asian region. Project Developer & Independent Power Producer As an independent power producer, the has envisaged setting up a 100 MW Solar Power Plant in Cunderdin on the outskirts of Perth and connecting to the South- West Power Grid. Recently the Group has signed Two Solar Power Projects of 5 MW each and 10 MW in Tamil Nadu and another project of 2 MW in Andhra Pradesh States of India while a 150 MW project is being planned on Build, Operate and Own (BOO) basis. Sun Brilliance has also received the EOI for facilitating the equity & debt finance for 10 MW and 100 MW solar power projects for a client in Hyderabad, Telangana State of India. ~ 7 ~
