Advertorial guidelines Guidelines l It must be obvious to readers of Schweizer Familie whether they are reading an editorial page or paid advertising space. l Advertorials must therefore stand out clearly from the editorial layout of Schweizer Familie. l The client must be clearly identifiable by an integrated, freestanding company logo and/or company address. l Advertorials generally fill a whole page, or at least half a page. Specifications l The overall impression (e.g. layout, columns, design elements, fonts, appearance) must be clearly distinguishable from the editorial pages of Schweizer Familie. l Each advertorial must be in legible print and identified as an Advert in the top right-hand or left-hand corner in a font size of at least 12 points. l Half-page advertorials are separated from editorial space by a line. Decision l Advertorials are presented to the Head of Sales and Publishing Management. If the specifications and guidelines have not been observed, the advertorial may be returned for correction. l The Editor in Chief reserves the right to refuse an advertorial. Processing The print-ready data must reach Schweizer Familie one week before the closing date for advertisements.
