SHIP MANAGEMENT ISPS / ISM / MLC PMCSB is currently managing 2 landing crafts which is plying between Sarawak and PNG/Solomon PMCSB is the Document of Compliance (DOC) holder for International Safety Management (ISM) from Niue Registry and provides the DPA functions. We develop SMS systems for shipping companies. ISPS (International Ships&PortFacility Code ) we are the CSO, our CSO carries out all the relevant requirements as per the ISPS code. Our ISPS Consultancy department carries out the On Scene survey, Ship Security Assessment and develops the Ship Security Plan. Submit the SSP for approval, attends internal and external audits with classification society until the ISSC is issued.
