Posts the LMP, plus the Competitive Congestion, Non-Competitive Congestion, Loss and Energy Components that make up the LMP. MPM Nomogram/Branch Shadow Prices Posts the constraint pricing at each binding Nomogram and Branch, for each Market Process of the MPM run (DAM, HASP, additionally RTPD) in $/MWh. Posted hourly for the DAM and four 15-min intervals per hour for HASP and RTPD. Report will also include an indication of whether the Constraints were binding because of the base operating conditions or contingencies, and if caused by a Contingency, the identity of the specific Contingency. MPM Intertie Constraint Shadow Prices Posts the constraint pricing at Transmission Interfaces and Intertie Constraints, for each Market Process of the MPM run (DAM, HASP, additionally RTPD) in $/MWh. Posted hourly for the DAM and four 15-min intervals per hour for HASP or RTPD. Report will also include an indication of whether the Constraints were binding because of the base operating conditions or contingencies, and if caused by a Contingency, the identity of the specific Contingency. MPM Reference Bus Posts the reference bus used in the MPM run. Posted hourly for the DAM and four 15-min intervals per hour for HASP and additionally RTPD. Market Power Mitigation Status - Mitigation Indicator showing whether any bids were replaced by Reference Curves. Value will be Y or N. In addition to existing data publication from the day-ahead market, these reports will be enhanced to provide HASP and RTPD market results in this release: Page 3 of 8

MPM Nomogram/Branch Competitive Paths Posts the hourly results of the dynamic competitiveness constraint for the Day-Ahead, additionally HASP and RTPD MPM runs, for nomograms and flowgates. Posts a flag indicating whether each binding constraint was competitive or not. MPM Intertie Constraint Competitive Paths Posts the hourly results of the dynamic competitiveness constraint for the Day-Ahead, additionally HASP and RTPD MPM runs, for interchanges, market scheduling limits, and branch groups. Posts a flag indicating whether each binding constraint was competitive or not. A new graphical-user interface report (no API) will be available: MPM Default Competitive Path Assessment List Posts the results of the default competitive path assessment. Default list is used for mitigation of real-time exceptional dispatches, and is also used for mitigation of a market run in the event that the dynamic competitive path assessment process fails. Posted daily for day-ahead and real-time markets. Only competitive transmission constraints are posted; a transmission constraint is deemed not competitive if the constraint is not posted on the list. Project: Pay for performance regulation - FERC755 The following reports will be enhanced to provide results relating to the new ancillary service product Regulation Mileage Up (RMU) and Regulation Mileage Down (RMD) in this release: AS Clearing Prices - Posts the Ancillary Services Regional Shadow Price for all Ancillary Service types for all binding AS Regions and Sub-Regional Partitions. New ancillary service mileage-related products will be applicable for the Day-Ahead market results. Interval AS Clearing Prices - Ancillary Services Regional Shadow Price for all Ancillary Service types for all binding AS Regions and Sub-Regional Partitions. New ancillary service mileage-related products will be applicable for the RTPD market results. AS Requirements - Ancillary Service Capacity Minimum and Maximums per AS Region. New ancillary service mileage-related products will be applicable for the Day-Ahead market. A new report will be made available to provide RTPD market AS requirements. Note: When encountering a max A/S limit of zero, please interpret this as "no limit". AS Results - Ancillary Service Capacity procured and self-scheduled, by AS type, posted for each AS Region. Also posts the sum of the procured and self-scheduled. New ancillary service mileagerelated products will be applicable for the day-ahead and RTPD market results. Public Bids - Clean Bid payloads used in the markets, with certain fields replaced by pseudo data as indicated. New ancillary service mileage-related products will be applicable for the day-ahead Page 4 of 8

and RTPD market results. A new data attribute opportunity cost, represented by the Y2 axis is added on the report. A new graphical-user interface report (no API) will be available: Average Instructed Mileage Lists average Instructed Mileage (MW) from the prior seven days for each hour of a trading day. Posted daily prior to the close of the Day Ahead Market. For example, for trading day April 9, data will be published prior to the DAM market close on April 8 and will consist of average Instructed Mileage between April 1 to April 7. Respective publication & revision log entries will be posted signifying data availability on any of the enhanced reports listed above. Page 5 of 8

Variances and Issues Addressed Report: Flexible Ramping Constraint Results API: PRC_FLEX_RAMP Variance: Duplicate data records seem to be existent on the API data output records where the trade day falls on a Long Day and with the repeating hour 25. This is due to the missing hour-ending data attribute in the API output (xml & csv) based on the market run datetime values. Note: The hourending based on the market run datetime is displayed on the user-interface report, thus able to properly display the records falling/transitioning to the repeating hour 25 based on the market run datetime and its respective interval datetime values. Per deployment of OASIS 6.3.0, a new data element MKT_START_HE will be added onto the API output on both xml and csv files. Report: Pnode Listing API: ATL_PNODE Variance: Data elements MAX_CB_MW_EFF_START_DT and MAX_CB_MW_EFF_END_DT incorrectly contains a "T" character for NULL date values on the report s XML output file. Per deployment of OASIS 6.3.0, data elements MAX_CB_MW_EFF_START_DT and MAX_CB_MW_EFF_END_DT will not exist/appear in the report s XML output file. Page 7 of 8
