LEVERAGE VENDOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (VMS) TO PROCURE AND MANAGE YOUR FLEXIBLE WORKFORCE Finding and managing the right mix of labor for your organization can be challenging. A VMS is an all-inclusive platform that guides users step-by-step through the entire process of procuring external talent and services. From creating a requisition with just two clicks to offboarding a worker, a VMS is the only system that can seamlessly handle each step in the process and integrate with your existing technology, including both an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 2 / 6

VMS VALUE-ADDED CAPABILITIES FOR THE CONTRACTOR SUPPLY CHAIN While other solutions might handle the financial or human elements of an organization, a VMS is proven to be the missing link that not only does both, but can add value to your existing applications.
