in individual maritime projects

PART 1: What to foresee in individual maritime projects? -------------------------------------------------------- No communication and capitalisation WP, but still to be foreseen HUMAN RESOURCES (=staff costs) to jointly develop and coordinate the com/cap strategy to regularly update the com/cap project to produce reports, syntheses etc. for joint capitalisation to actively contribute and/or participate to specific events, discussions (fora, social media etc.) etc.

PART 1: What to foresee in individual maritime projects? -------------------------------------------------------- The key to the success of this experimental and shared approach is mutual support. Foresee those resources necessary to contribute to an efficient and re-active information flow and coordination and the provision of expertises/contents when necessary and demanded!

PART 2: What to foresee in the communication and capitalisation project? -------------------------------------------------------------- - Application among priority 4 (available IPA funds!) Detailed com/cap strategy can only be developed after the maritime projects approval and in a coordinated approach (together with maritime projects and JTS). However, your application should integrate and well reflect the following aspects

- PART 2: What to foresee in the communication and capitalisation project? -------------------------------------------------------------- Your partnership should proof gained hands not only in information and publicity, but in multi-directed communication processes, networking, capitalisation, project advocating and stakeholders influencing proof that all Mediterranean territories are covered / informed (including the South e.g. by cooperating / exchanging with com platforms or assoiated partners in the Souther countries), but also proof channels to influence on European level proof to address and influence target groups on all hierarchical/strategic levels proof to communicate and capitalise on all programme themes reflected in the maritime call

- PART 2: What to foresee in the communication and capitalisation project? -------------------------------------------------------------- The project set up should integrate and benefit from existing networks, contacts, plattforms, synergies, channels outline how to coordinate and actively with the individual maritime projects with the JTS and the Liaison Offices with other MED projects with other relevant programmes and initatives and/or their projects (e.g. consider ENPI s sea basing approach, etc.)

PART 2: What to foresee in the communication and capitalisation project? -------------------------------------------------------------- - Your target group approach should adapt to the maritime call s general aim to identify and analyse themes and gaps for future projects focus rather on future potential partners, end users as well as on decision-makers than on the general public include a specific strategy of how to reach European level avoid one fits all solutions, but proof adaption to themes, territorial and political levels, behaviors,

S - PART 2: What to foresee in the communication and capitalisation project? -------------------------------------------------------------- Coordination and networking with the programme and its projects! Involvement of all maritime projects as well as of the JTS /LO firstly in the communication strategy development, but also during the whole project realisation! Participation to and involvement in programme communication and capitalisation activities (events, publications etc.)! And also: close cooperate with targeted, strategic and especially capitalisation projects in all relevant thematic area

PART 2: What to foresee in the communication and capitalisation project? -------------------------------------------------------------- -a Other aspects and tasks you should consider! This is an experimentation for the new programming period. Thus, we would need your support in its monitoring and evaluation, but also in developing com/cap methods and tools for the new programme.! Target group identification and developed contacts shall last and serve as starting point for the com/cap of future projects and the future programme.! The detailed communication and capitalisation strategy shall be developed in coordination with the maritime projects after their approval and the JTS and shall be approved by the JTS.

S - PART 2: What to foresee in the communication and capitalisation project? -------------------------------------------------------------- Specfic obligations outlined in the ToR: Kick-off meeting coordination and networking function, not supposed to be a public event Creating a joint logo/visual identity with individual identification by the individual project acronym Summarizing key information for website Regularly updated information in FR and EN for the programme website section, taking into account ongoing activities, milestones, interim results of all maritime projects Joint final conference we might possibly merge with other programme events/ caputalisation projects ( )
