A participant receives an e-mail with a unique promo code for each purchase of tokens for a minimum amount of $30 (1 promo code for each $30) 4. A participant makes a Giveaway repost on his/her personal Facebook, Twitter pages and makes a post in Instagram with a #invested_in_node_token hashtag 5. A winner for each prize item will be selected randomly from 14.12 to 25.12 6. A video post with the winner selection process will be published on the official Node Facebook page NODE Christmas 2017 Giveaway Official Rules: ELIGIBILITY: Individuals under 18 years old are not allowed to participate in the Giveaway. Employees of Node SIA are not eligible to enter or win the prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. It is considered illegal, what is restricted by law. Node Token purchase and adherence to all rules are necessary. The minimum purchase amount of tokens for participation in the Giveaway is $30. For each purchase of tokens for a minimum amount of $30 a participant receives 1 (one) unique promo code, that will be used in the Giveaway draw of prizes from December 14, 2017 to December 25, 2017 on the day when
the purchase of tokens was made. For example, If a participant buys tokens on $120, he/she receives 4 unique promo codes for the giveaway participation. A participant is not restricted by one-time participation and is allowed to participate during the whole period of the Giveaway. All the participants are limited to have only 1 (one) registered e-mail and household address during a Giveaway Period, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. By using the links provided on the Entry Form to share entrant is eligible to receive additional entries ( Additional Entries ) as specified on the Entry Form. Winners will be selected from entries received during the corresponding Giveaway Period. Each potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner s entry. The drawings will be conducted by Node online and published on the Node official Facebook page. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Node may, at its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Once notified, each winner will be required to provide Node with a mailing address to which the prize can be sent. By providing such address, the winner agrees that Node may share this address with third parties only when necessary to deliver the prize. CONDITIONS: Node reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaways. Node also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Node reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party.
