A. Amine Acrylate co-initiators are most common and provide good balance of reactivity and stability. In some cases, additional acceleration can be achieved in the presence of both amine acrylate and iodonium salts. Customers are encouraged to test the H-Nu photoinitiator + amine acrylate combination first and then add iodonium salt to determine if additional accelration can be achieved. B. Borate co-initiators (Borate V) can be more effcient than amine, but may cause thermal instability with some formulations. For some H-Nu photoinitiators, borate co-initiator is the only option. DMAA co-solvent is recommended for photoinitiator pre-disolution and it will be enclosed in the testing kit. **Individual Technical Data Sheets available upon request. ***Commercial pricing reflecting volume discounts available upon request. H-Nu photoinitiator systems and materials that contain them are light sensitive and should be kept in the dark or in light proof bottles when not in use. Dimmed light conditions or other form of light shielding for mixing and formulating when using H-Nu photointiators are recommended to prevent unwanted pre-polymerization.
