From ex works to job site, We deliver. belongs to a group which, for over 30 years has been dedicated to port operations and international logistics, developing new working ways that established the current market standards in South American countries. With this background as a launching pad, we developed our services specializing in project cargoes and particularly in Wind Industry logistics needs and requirements. We are experts in port operations, road transport and logistics coordination in a wide array of markets (Uruguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Mexico). Different markets require different approaches and strategies, but should always abide by customers procedures, requirements and standards. This is why we have developed a unique system able to cope with local particularities while successfully managing all steps in a manner that can follow the strictest of the plans and schedules. Our scope covers from port scouting to supervision and management of complete integrated logistic services, including road surveys, port operations, sourcing of trucking companies, storage areas and handling equipment, stock control and component tracking from ex-works to erection site, a one stop shopping for the complete logistics, on line 24/7/365. Based on our experience and meticulous attention to details, we guarantee performance in terms of timely delivery and strict procedure, transport and handling compliance at all times. Our commitment is to the higher standards of performance, always seeking the most cost effective way of achieving our customers goals by being ahead of events, avoiding delays and minimizing incidentals or unexpected inconveniences.

A trusted partner to maximize performance in Project logistics At, we understand that logistics are only a step for our Customer to fulfil his business. Despite being a significant share in a Project budget, it is never his core business. We also know that sometimes, developing new markets or entering in new regions can be challenging and intimidating. This is where a specialized logistics engineering company, with wide experience and reputation can be the secret to a successful Project. Pricing the logistics is key, but not always a cheaper rate means a cheaper final cost. We specialize in negotiating with sub-contractors, and we do it jointly with our customers, thus is, we help them chose the best cost effective option. Our commitment to compliance, guarantees that costs planned at the beginning of a Project will be the costs incurred at the end. No extra or unexpected expenses will distress the Project Manager once the Project is undergoing.

OUR RECIPE TO SUCCESS EXPERTISE has a remarkable experience in a variety of Project cargoes in over 10 countries. In terms of Wind Energy we have been involved in the logistics for over 20 Projects, for customers such as GAMESA, VESTAS, NORDEX and AC- CIONA. For over 30 years, we have built long-standing relationships with key players, including clients, regulatory agencies, and the communities in which we operate, enabling us to expertly assist our customers along the execution process, ensuring the successful completion of the Projects. COMMITMENT We are proud of who we are and what we do. We believe in long lasting relationships with our customers. We are glad to say that we do not have a single customer with a single Project. Every new customer becomes a long term partner and continues working with us with their further Projects. We do not have a large commercial division to sell our services. The staff that defines the commercial terms with the customer, will also takes care of the day to day performance, and will therefore guarantee no mistakes or misunderstandings show up at the time of delivery. INNOVATION We are not a Freight Forwarder. We are a logistics engineering company that works with Clients and suppliers aiming to better help them achieve Project targets. We can integrate port/transport and overall logistic services under one single command, guaranteeing no over costs because of overlapped responsibilities or delays at interfaces. We solve project challenges through innovative solutions. Over the years we have developed a reputation for having a no pre-modelled approach to each Project. We analyse each Project as unique and we use our expertise in the field and the region where the Project is to be developed to better design the most convenient logistic solution for each case. We do not sell an off the shelf logistic service where we force the customer to adapt to what we have to offer. To the contrary, we propose very flexible and out of the box solutions that better suit the needs of each Project. We manage the logistics of the Projects through every step along the way, from choosing the right Port, appointing the port operator, selecting the handling equipment, transport companies, storage areas both in and out of the Port premises, we analyse the legal framework and compliance (road permits, etc). We understand the need for Flexible solutions. We have a breadth of experience that guarantees we create an optimised solution for your Project s needs.

OUR SERVICES PROJECT DESIGN starts every project with a blank page. Once all the requirements, materials lists, site locations and schedule have been set, we chose the best point of entry or route for the Project. Based on our 30 years experience in ports and logistics, we chose the best port/road for the components to be sent/received, route to site, and potential storage areas. Once this is done, either by ourselves or jointly with our customer, we select the best sub-contractors for each step as required. We carry out the Road Survey and interact with local, regional or national authorities in advance, in order to make sure that obstacles are cleared and paperwork is ready by the time the Project is to be executed. DEVELOPMENT Once the Project has been designed, budgeted and approved by our customer, we proceed to sign contracts with all the sub-contractors and engage equipment and areas as might be required. We do so, once again, always considering the local regulations, good logistic practices and the legal main frame. Once a sub-contractor has been selected, our Operations Compliance Officers proceed to make sure all personnel has been trained, not only on the procedures for handling and transporting the components, but also in general and specific HSE requirements making sure that when the Project starts, all tasks will be performed according to best-of-class logistics practices. EXECUTION During this phase, our personnel are physically present along all the stages, guaranteeing that the contractual terms and requirements are strictly followed. We keep a 24/7/365 on line tracking of all components that are under our scope, allowing for accurate planning ahead and introducing changes with due lead-time if this were to be required.

S EXCLUSIVE, STATE OF THE ART LOGISTICS CONTROL SYSTEM In order to guarantee our committed Quality Standards, and make sure that these will be sustained along the full Project, for all our Projects, we have developed in house an exclusive software (S) that controls every step of the process, from ex-works to the job site, tracking each individual component by serial number, with all its details along every step, (images in case of damages, lashing arrangements for land or sea transport, etc), working on line 24/7/365. This software, allows our customers to receive automated reports associated to events, as required, with stock control at all stages, transport status for each component, etc, without having to use spreadsheets or paper records. With this tool, a Logistics Project Manager can handle more than one Project at a time without having to refer to multiple spreadsheets or daily activity reports. Needless to mention that this allows invoice checking and revision, on line cost evaluation, etc. The use of this software is a very powerful tool that comes included in our services for all Projects. Data is collected by our own personnel via hand held terminals with GPRS/WiFi connectivity in a manner that we can issue interchange receipts on the spot, while these are being relayed to the designated parties. The application also registers time and place for each event, allowing full control of trucking hours, idle time for trucks, equipment or vessel operations. Either by remote reporting or online active search, individual pieces or complete sets can be tracked.

OFFERS LOGISTIC COST EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY S s Control panel responds in real-time to logistics issues and customer needs, reducing equipment idle time, delivery delays and their consequences all along the logistic chain up to the site, increasing equipment and components availability and schedule compliance, with timely adjustment, resulting in lower logistic costs. COLLABORATIVE TROUBLESHOOTING Our field staff together with our appointed Project Manager at control centre, work in close collaboration with our customer, monitoring performance issues to ensure the Project is running as expected or that the best alternative path is taken in time. CUSTOMIZED REPORTING On line reporting and consulting and automatic reports for spot events, Daily status, Weekly status and significant operational events, provide operating parameters and trends, and signal potential short-fallings. This data is available to assist with the identification of performance issues and the planning of alternative options ahead of time. RELIABILITY S uses AMAZON s AWS servers, a global trustworthy, 24/7/365 platform. With our field terminals capability to receive and deliver data via internet, all we need is a mobile phone line or WIFI connection to be on line. In cases where, due to location restrictions no cell phone coverage is reachable, our field terminals store information which will be uploaded to the server as soon as a secure connection is available. EXPERTISE S was developed based on over 30 years of experience in logistics management and the input of our valuable customers along the time, with their feedback and expert requirements in terms of planning, controlling and reporting.
