Client case: People-centric change One of Sweden's largest customer-oriented companies in long-term savings, personal insurance and banking. Challenge: Going through a digital transformation where a new core IT system was implemented and work processes were changed for 300 employees Solution: Applied our people-centric change management approach to assess the needs and wants of the employees. We performed a change readiness assessment, a training needs assessment and conducted a stakeholder assessment, and on these grounds, we developed a strategy for implementing the new IT system tailored to the impact it would have on each department.
