NEW FEATURES AND MORE BENEFITS Celebrante was totally redesigned in April 2010 and we continue to introduce new features aimed at making the site even more useful for both celebrants and your prospective clients. These features include: Easier site navigation to help people find their way around the site and the profiles with greater ease and simplicity. Improved user features such as the ability to email a profile to a friend or to easily bookmark a profile. Up to three celebrant photos instead of just one. A diary function that lets you block out dates for when you re not available which saves the client s time and you money. Improved statistical analysis to help you better understand your marketing processes and success rates. More locations to help you better narrowcast your services. A Downloads section containing useful files for you at home and out on the road. All designed to provide a better user experience and increase visitor satisfaction and celebrant contentment! 4

MOBILE READY AND LOOKING GREAT In April 2015, Google changed their algorithm yet again - this time to help mobile users find better results to match their mobile lifestyles. Our web development continues to evolve with Celebrante 3.0 due for launch towards the end of the year. We continue to find new ways to make our website work harder for our celebrants based on your feedback and those of our enquirers. 5

HOW PER ENQUIRY WORKS Advertising is an uncertain business. You can never be really sure if your ad is going to work so it doesn t make sense to hand over hundreds (or thousands) of dollars before you can even get started. Celebrante was founded on the belief that advertising should work and that you should only pay for it if it actually results in an enquiry. Hence, our Per Enquiry model. Potential clients come to Celebrante and search using the values they seek and then work their way through the celebrant profiles that match those values. Search results are delivered in a random order so that each time a search is run, the results are offered in a different order - it gives every celebrant a chance to be Number One! If the client likes what they see, they complete the enquiry form, hit submit and their details are sent to the celebrant and the celebrant s details are sent to them. That s an enquiry and the cost of each enquiry stands at just $30.00. The average client sends just 1.69 enquiries so you have a good chance of converting them to a booking. But the conversion is up to you! Your success or failure on Celebrante really narrows down to the quality of your profile. The more unique and personalised your profile becomes, the quality of the enquiries you receive tends to improve. And at Celebrante it s our job to try and help you achieve the best results possible. 6

PRICING You will never have to pay for enquiries that obviously aren t genuine. Celebrante has a track record of always crediting enquiries that are from automated spam attacks as well as enquiries from allied industry professionals (such as photographers, car hire companies, etc) that are touting for business. Additionally, Celebrante s new diary system lets you block out dates for which you know you re not available. The system prevents enquirers from sending you an enquiry for those dates. You can even hide your profile when you re away on holiday! The Per Enquiry rate is currently just $30.00 for each enquiry and that s the most you ll pay. THE MEMBER SWITCHBOARD An important part of the Celebrante website is the Member Switchboard. It gives every celebrant the tools they need to be able to effectively manage their Celebrante experience. You can access your enquiries if you re away from your home computer, you can gauge your profile s efficiency by monitoring your statistics and you can even hide your profile for as long as you want if you want to take a break from things for a while. You can also edit your profile, change your password, update your diary and run reports. And on top of all this is the support of Celebrante - and you can reach us via the Helpdesk! 8

GETTING STARTED Establishing a profile on Celebrante couldn t get much easier. Once you re on the site, click on the Advertise tab or go to http://www. celebrante.com.au/advertise.php. Then simply fill in the Create Your Profile section and then click on Get Started. The remainder of the profile process is then ticking some boxes, uploading your photos and adding some words about who you are as a celebrant. If you need help with writing your profile, you can download our e-guide available for that very purpose. Just visit the Downloads tab once you ve logged in.
