CONNECT YOUR BRAND TO CE EDUCATION (CE hands-on and general sessions) CE SESSIONS More than 28 unique continuing education programs will be offered in our lecture series format ranging from 1.5 hours to 2 hours in length. Each session will be priced individually due to the varying range in costs for speakers/panelists. The corporate call for submissions has concluded for our 2018 lecture series program; however, we have top quality, evidence based sessions available for sponsorship. Do you have product, equipment or techniques that benefit from hands-on instructions? Your company can become a part of our educational program through our hands-on workshop opportunities. Each participating company will receive 1 meeting room for a full day s use. You may choose to provide (3) 2 hour hands-on sessions throughout the day or (2) 3 hour sessions. The max capacity will be approximately 45-50 with a classroom set up. ADHA will promote your workshop(s) and have attendees register for your class. The ADHA will provide an LCD projector, screen and microphone for all hands-on sessions. Costs for additional requirements requested will be the sponsor s responsibility, including material handling, machines/ equipment, electrical, internet, etc. Thursday General Session... SOLD $35,000 Expected Attendance: 700+ attendees This general session kicks off CLL and builds excitement for the remainder of the week! Anticipated attendance is more than 700 people. SPOTLIGHT YOUR COMPANY WITH CORPORATE INVOLVEMENT Incorporated in 1986 as a support organization of the ADHA, the Institute for Oral ADHA INSTITUTE FOR ORAL HEALTH Health (IOH) is a foundation committed to securing the future of the dental hygiene profession by supporting valuable research endeavors as well as the education of quality dental hygiene students. Each year, the ADHA IOH provides funding for educational scholarships, fellowships, research grants and community service grants to dental hygienists throughout the United States. The ADHA Institute for Oral Health is a non-profit 501(c)3 foundation, and therefore relies solely upon the generosity and the continued support of ADHA members and organizations, student members and chapters, dedicated oral health professionals, and corporate supporters. ADHA Institute for Oral Health.... $5,000 Corporate Challenge Grant During Annual Conference, the ADHA Institute operates an informational and fundraising booth in the ADHA community center, staffed by volunteers, where ADHA members and student hygienists can make a taxdeductible donation.
