In a world where new news and experiences are shared over the digital stratosphere, content must be carefully constructed to empower consumers to share their own content with their audience. Smart ways to continually engage customers digitally is the most cost effective and responsive avenue to raise awareness and patronage, resulting in the endorsement of any brand. The content needs to be original, relevant and topical. It needs to be digital content that strikes conversations between the brand and the consumer, between the consumer and their masses. It is the continual sharing of these content, which will directly drive exponential business growth especially for PizzaExpress.

His role as the Head of Digital includes general management, business & corporate development, strategy and key account sales. With major transformation programmes under way, the digital projects aim to capitalise on new ways of working, making best use of new tools and technologies to deliver on our mission. As we travel through that transformation, we re exploring what our supporting operational model looks like. Not content with just overhauling our digital estate, we re prioritising what happens next, what skillsets and support are required to foster a more agile way of working, make us more responsive, and make digital redundant as a standalone concept. Michael is specialized in Digital Transformation, Digital Business Models, Lean Product Management, Conversion Rate Optimization, Customer Lifetime Value Management, Agile Methodologies. In this Presentation he will introduce how to take initiatives to create a digital transformation. Akira will be touching on how a customer journey has today incorporated both people giving out information and how companies tapping into information such that customers are no longer passive recipients of goods and services but they are also active participants in value co-creation. He will also touch slightly on AI and on how our dependency on it affects us. Coming from an airline, the aviation industry will be used as an example.
