Delivering Cesium Formate to the Oil & Gas Industry Stocks available immediately for direct sale S.G. 2.20 Monovalent, non-scaling & solids free Reduce drilling & completion costs Increase reservoir productivity

In 1860, Robert Bunsen and Gustav Kirchhoff discovered Cesium in the mineral water from Durkheim, Germany. Due to the bright blue lines in its emission spectrum, they chose a name derived from the Latin word Caesius, meaning sky-blue. Cesium was the first element to be discovered spectroscopically, only one year after the invention of the spectroscope by Bunsen and Kirchhoff. Delivering Cesium Formate to the Oil & Gas Industry Welcome to Chemix Chemix is a UK company dedicated to supplying Cesium Formate and other related specialist chemistries to the global Oil & Gas Industry. Our warehouses are fully stocked with Cesium Formate, available immediately for direct sale. It has been proven that Oil Companies and Oil Service Companies have saved millions of dollars by using Cesium Formate. The use of Cesium Formate: Increases well productivity. Reduces drilling and completion costs. Removes the possibility of environmental liability and eliminates the risks involved in handling bromide brines. Our technical team have the experience and expertise to advise on all aspects of the use of Cesium Formate, including new applications supported by the availability of direct purchase material. 3 of 10

Andrew Hart Mike Murty Brooks Frazier About Us The Directors of Chemix are a team of established Oil & Gas Industry professionals with many years experience in the supply and application of speciality products for the well construction and completion business. Andrew Hart Managing Director Andrew has twenty five years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, managing oilfield service companies around the world, currently the owner and Managing Director of Oilfield Supplies & Services based in Norfolk. Mike Murty Director Mike has thirty eight years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, including twenty four years with Drilling Specialties Company a division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. His last role was Product Development Director. C. Brooks Frazier Director Brooks has thirty eight years in the Oil & Gas Industry, including seventeen years with Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids. He has recently spent fifteen years representing Drilling Specialties Company and Oilfield Supplies & Services in Central Asia, through his already established company Caspian Steppes. Brooks is based in Houston, Texas. 4 of 10

Stocks available immediately for direct sale Cesium Formate Chemix will operate on a direct sale basis and expand the use of Cesium Formate for new applications. Our Cesium Formate is manufactured to the strictest product specifications in line with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards. Independent test results, confirming the quality and purity of our Cesium Formate are available on request. Chemix has supplied Cesium Formate to a major Oil Company Consortium in Central Asia and were complimented on the quality of product supplied. Product can be supplied direct from our current inventory or delivered to any end destination worldwide. Cesium Formate will be supplied in Schutz Ecobulk IBCs. Cesium Formate Powder is also available in 30KG drums. When oil is $100 / bbl the use of Cesium Formate in many applications makes a big difference to the economics of projects. When oil is $60 / bbl the use of Cesium Formate becomes even more critical due to its ability to save costs and increase productivity whilst at all times providing a safe, non-corrosive and environmentally acceptable solution. 5 of 10

Reducing drilling and completion costs Increasing reservoir productivity Benefits Monovalent, non-scaling, solids free up to S.G. 2.20 High temperature stability and durability over long periods Does not require the use of corrosion inhibitors Eliminates the hazards and toxic liabilities associated with heavy bromide brines Ideal fluid for the running of sand screens in open hole completions Removes the problem of gas migration in well control situations Eliminates barite sag Maximises logging capabilities and reservoir definition Increases ROPs with lower ECDs and high lubricity 6 of 10

S.G. 2.20 Monovalent, non-scaling & solids free Cesium Formate Applications Non-damaging drill-in fluid Cesium Formate fluids are high density (up to S.G. 2.20) and solids free; they do not require the addition of particles of weighting agents which damage reservoir productivity. Cesium Formate only contains monovalent ions which are incapable of reacting with reservoir fluids to form scale. The ultimate completion brine Cesium Formate fluids on their own or in combination with other formate fluids maximise reservoir productivity by allowing the use of open hole completions (sand screens, slotted liners, open hole gravel packs.) to give maximum reservoir flow area. They are fully compatible with well construction tubulars, tools and elastomers and eliminate debris and solids interference with the operation of downhole equipment. Non-damaging perforating kill pill Even if the reservoir section is drilled with solids laden mud and the completion design incorporates a cemented liner, the perforating fluid can play a critical role in determining the ultimate reservoir productivity. Perforation tunnels penetrating past the near-wellbore zone of damage will expose the producing horizons to yet another fluid with more potential for serious damage. Relatively small volume perforating kill pills incorporating Cesium Formate will ensure maximum recovery and minimum skin damage. Non-corrosive suspension fluid Bromide based suspension fluids will always carry the threat of severe tubular corrosion (stress corrosion cracking from halide brines) and potential loss of well integrity. Cesium Formate brines are field-proven and laboratory tests show their compatibility with oilfield equipment and tubulars. 7 of 10

HPHT well intervention fluid of choice Extreme temperature stability and low ECDs are key to successful well interventions in challenging HPHT wells. Rig-based interventions or coiled tubing interventions will all benefit from the use of formate fluids. Cesium Formate fluids extend the thermal stability of polymeric mud additives to modify rheology and fluid loss. Barite sag is eliminated leading to hugely improved well control. Solids free OBM Cesium Formate used as the internal phase of an OBM can increase the solids free density range up to S.G. 1.70 (14.1 ppg). Damaging weighting agents are eliminated and time-consuming, costly well displacements are much reduced. Cesium Formate weighted OBMs have been used extensively as perforating kill pills, sand screen installation fluids and completion fluids. Hydrates inhibition Natural gas hydrates are ice-like solids formed when free water and natural gas hydrates combine at high pressure and low temperature. They can occur in gas, gas condensate and on occasion in oil wells. Cesium Formate has been used successfully to melt gas hydrate plugs in critical well situations. Concentrated Cesium Formate solutions exhibit very low water activity. They are ideal as gas hydrate inhibitors as well as ideal contingency materials to have on the rig in the event of gas hydrate plugs forming. OBM stuck pipe pill Differential sticking is also a common occurrence in wells drilled with oil based muds. Differential sticking is a very costly problem in the industry causing multiple trips in and out of the hole and often leading to sidetracks. High angle, long step-out wells with high overbalance are ideal candidates for differential sticking. OBM filter cakes are rapidly destroyed by Cesium Formate weighted pills. Coiled Tubing Cesium Formate and Cesium Formate blends are ideal for coiled tubing applications. The solids free solutions exhibit very good lubricity and low coefficients of friction making them perfectly suited for circulating around a narrow annulus in high angle wells. The relatively small volume circulating systems reduce the operating cost and the benign corrosion properties make the fluids an ideal choice for well interventions in pressured reservoirs. 8 of 10
