To provide leadership and direc on in order to ensure that TRC establishes its Mission, achieves its Strategic ims and bjec ves and fulfils its responsibili es. To adopt both a visionary and empathe c leadership approach, in order to equip the College to adapt and succeed in the post 16 educa on and training environment and within the Trust, as a major provider of educa on to the communi es it serves. ll leaders of ins tu ons within the Trust will work within the Governance and xecu ve Framework to discharge their leadership, opera onal ac vi es and accountabili es as iden fied in the Governance and xecu ve Framework (this document has been provided with the post informa on).
