GRTGAZ NETWORK TRANSMISSION CONTRACT APPENDIX B3 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR L-GAS AREA INFRASTRUCTURE USERS AND FOR THE SHIPPER IN CHARGE OF H-GAS TO L-GAS QUALITY CONVERSION SERVICES Version applicable as of October, 1 st 2017

The present appendix defines the specific rights and obligations that apply to the users of the infrastructures in L-gas Area and the Shipper in Charge of the H-Gas to L-gas Quality Conversion Services. The appendix complements the provisions of Section B. Clause 1 Definitions Daily Quality Conversion Capacity from L-gas to H-gas: maximum quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV) per day, which GRTgaz undertakes to deliver each Day at the L-to-H Conversion Point, as defined in Appendix 2 to the Contract. Daily Quality Conversion Capacity from H-gas to L-gas Peak Service: maximum quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV) per day, which GRTgaz undertakes to take off each day at the H-to-L Conversion Point - Peak Service, as defined in Appendix 2 to the Contract. Conversion Point: generic term to define one of the following points: L-to-H Conversion Point: virtual Delivery Point associated with L-gas Area of the Balancing Zone North. H-to-L Conversion Point as part of the H-gas to L-gas conversion service: a virtual Entry Point related to L-gas Area to which the Daily Quantities are allocated in the framework of the H-gas- to L-gas quality conversion service provided by the Shipper in Charge of the H-Gas to L-gas Quality Conversion Service. H-to-L Conversion Point Peak Service: a virtual Entry Point related to L-gas Area of the Balancing Zone North. Daily Quantity Converted from H-gas to L-gas as part of the H-Gas to L-gas Quality Conversion Service: quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV), delivered to the H-to-L Conversion Point as part of the H-gas to L-gas quality conversion service. This quantity is determined according to the provisions of the clause entitled Daily Quantity of gas Converted from H-gas to L-gas as part of the H-gas to L-gas Quality Conversion Service of Section D3. Daily Quantity Converted from H-gas to L-gas Peak Service: quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV), taken off at the H-to-L Conversion Point - Peak Service. This quantity is determined according to the provisions of Clause 3 of this Appendix. Daily Quantity Converted from L-gas to H-gas: quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV), delivered to the L-to-H Conversion Point. This quantity is determined according to the provisions of Clause 3 of this Appendix. Conversion Service: generic term to define one of the following services: L-gas to H-gas Conversion Service: GRTgaz operates a service whereby GRTgaz takes off quantities of L-gas made available by the Shipper and simultaneously provides Version applicable as of October, 1 st 2017 Page 2 of 6

the Shipper with the equivalent Energy Content in the form of H-gas, up to the maximum Daily Conversion Capacity subscribed by the Shipper. H-gas to L-gas Conversion Service - Peak Service: GRTgaz operates a service whereby GRTgaz takes off quantities of H-gas made available by the Shipper and simultaneously provides the Shipper with the equivalent Energy Content in the form of L- gas, up to the maximum Daily Conversion Capacity subscribed by the Shipper. Such Conversion Service cannot be used to supply new major consumption sites. Clause 2 Marketing of Conversion Services 2.1 L-GAS TO H-GAS CONVERSION SERVICE Annual subscriptions for L-gas to H-gas quality conversion capacity are governed by the same provisions as the annual subscriptions for short-notice capacity at the Network Interconnection Points as described in Sub-clause 4.2.2 of Section B. The Monthly Capacity available for sale in a given month takes into account any potential transmission capacity restrictions due to maintenance and the allocated annual capacity. Monthly subscriptions for L-gas to H-gas quality conversion capacity are governed by the same provisions as the monthly subscriptions for capacity at the Network Interconnection Points as described in Sub-clause 4.2.6.1. of Section B. Daily subscriptions for L-gas to H-gas quality conversion capacity are governed by the same provisions as the daily subscriptions for capacity at the Network Interconnection Points as described in Sub-clause 4.2.7.2 of Section B. 2.2 H-GAS TO L-GAS CONVERSION SERVICE PEAK SERVICE - ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY H-gas to L-gas Conversion Service quality conversion capacity may be subscribed annually on a first come first served basis as the annual subscriptions for short-notice capacity at the Network Interconnection Points as described in Sub-clause 4.2.2 of Section B. 2.3 PROVISIONS FOR CONVERSION SERVICE - RESERVATIONS Conversion services are sold through notifications sent by the Shipper to GRTgaz via TRANS@ctions or PRISMA. The Shipper has access to the Auxiliary Services for annual and monthly Reservations via the TRANS@ctions portal. Version applicable as of April, 1 st 2017 Page 3 of 6

Clause 3 Determination of Quantities 3.1 DETERMINATION OF DAILY QUANTITIES Every Day, the Daily Quantity Taken Off at the H-to-L Conversion Point - Peak Service and the Daily Quantity Delivered to the L-to-H Conversion Point are equal to the Daily Quantity Scheduled by GRTgaz at those points. Every Day, the Daily Quantity Converted from H-gas to L-gas Conversion Service - Peak Service is equal to the Daily Quantity Taken Off at the H-to-L Conversion Point Peak Service. Every Day, the Daily Quantity Converted from L-gas to H-gas is equal to the Daily Quantity Delivered at the L-to-H Conversion Point. Every day, the Daily Quantity Delivered to the H-to-L Conversion Point as part of the H-gas to L- gas Conversion Service is equal to the Daily Quantity Converted from H-gas to L-gas as part of the H-Gas to L-gas Quality Conversion Service. The calculation of the Daily Quantity Converted from H-gas to L-gas as part of the H-Gas to L-gas Quality Conversion Service is detailed in the Clause entitled Daily Quantities converted from H- gas to L-gas as part of the H-gas to L-gas Quality Conversion Service in Section D3. 3.2 SPECIFIC CASE OF DAILY QUANTITIES SUBJECT TO A SPECIAL TARIFF ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACTUAL L-TO-H GAS CONVERSION QUANTITY Every Day, the Daily Quantity equal to the positive difference between: The Daily Quantity Taken Off at the Network Interconnection Point in L-gas Area, at the Transport Storage Interface Point in L-gas Area, at the H-to-L Conversion Point Peak Service - in L-gas Area, and the Daily Quantity Delivered at the Transport Storage Interface Point in L-gas Area, at the L-to-H Conversion Point, the Daily Quantity Delivered at the Network Interconnection Point in L-gas Area and the Delivery Points in L-gas Area is subject to the contractual ex-post L-gas to H-gas conversion tariff beyond the tolerance level defined in Appendix B4 to Section B of this Contract. 3.3 SPECIFIC CASE OF L-GAS TO H-GAS CONVERSION USE CONTROL Every day from the 1 st of April of each relevant year and until the 31 st of March of the following year, the quantity equal to the difference (positive or negative) between: The Daily Quantity Taken Off at the Network Interconnection Point in L-gas Area, the Daily Quantity Taken Off at the Transport Production Interface Points in L-gas Area and at the H-to-L Conversion Point - Peak Service Version applicable as of April, 1 st 2017 Page 4 of 6

and The Daily Quantity Delivered to the L-to-H Conversion Point, the Daily Quantity Delivered to the Network Interconnection Point in L-gas Area is cumulative and constitutes the Cumulative Daily Quantity. Each year, the positive portion of the Cumulative Daily Quantity at the 31 st March is carried forward to the 1 st of April of the following year. Every Day, the Cumulative Daily Quantity is subject to a penalty fee in the amount of any daily imbalance noted further to the ex-post controls carried out on the quantities of L-gas physically converted to H-gas. Clause 4 Obligations and limitations to GRTgaz Obligations 4.1 OBLIGATIONS OF GRTGAZ GRTgaz undertakes to make the subscribed capacity available to the Shipper within the limits defined in this Chapter. 4.2 LIMITS RELATED TO OFFTAKE, TRANSMISSION AND DELIVERY OBLIGATIONS 4.2.1 LIMITATIONS RELATED TO DAILY CAPACITY The Daily Capacity referred to in this Sub-clause 4.2.1 is that defined in Appendix 2 to the Contract, reduced, where applicable, pursuant to the terms of the Chapter entitled Disruption in Service Continuity in Section A or in Clause 4.2.2 hereafter of this Appendix. GRTgaz is under no obligation to take off, or respectively to deliver at a Conversion Point, at any Hour, a quantity of Gas with an Energy Content in excess of one twenty-fourth (1/24 th ) of the Daily Entry (or respectively Exit) Capacity at that point. GRTgaz is under no obligation to take off at the H-to-L Conversion Point - Peak Service, on any Day, a quantity of Gas with an Energy Content in excess of the H-to-L gas Daily Quality Conversion Capacity - Peak Service. GRTgaz is under no obligation to deliver to the L-to-H Conversion Point, on any Day, a quantity of Gas with an Energy Content in excess of the L-to-H gas Daily Quality Conversion Capacity. Prior to the Validity Start Date and after the Validity End Date of a Daily Capacity set out in Appendix 2 to the Contract, the said Daily Capacity is deemed to be equal to zero (0). In the case of a Day with a duration of twenty-three (23) or twenty-five (25) hours, the limitations relating to the Daily Capacity as established in this Sub-clause 4.2.1 are subject to a coefficient of twenty-three/twenty-fourths (23/24 th ) or twenty-five/twenty-fourths, respectively. 4.2.2 LIMITATIONS RESULTING FROM SCHEDULING The limitations resulting from scheduling are specified in the Sub-clause entitled Limitations with regard to Scheduling in Section D2.
