Maintains the desired weak black liquor solids and minimizes chemical losses in the process. Increases quality and strength of white liquor, enhances lime mud solids to the lime kiln and reduces process plugging by overliming. Stabilizes and optimizes the combustion process to minimize flue gas emissions (for example, SO 2, NOx) and to improve combustion efficiency in fluidized bed boilers. Enables accurate control of district heating water temperature, network pressures and pressure differentials to minimize heat losses and pumping losses while ensuring heat availability to all customers.
