teamplay Receiver software teamplay relies on a lightweight and fleible DICOM gateway, called teamplay Receiver software, that is installed on your local network to establish communication between your hospital systems and the secure teamplay servers over standard HTTPS encrypted connection. The teamplay Receiver software is simple to install and is both selfmonitoring and self-updating so it shouldn t add to your daily workload once configured. If it detects a potential fault, such as communication faults with your institutions PACS, it will send administrator notifications, as well as Siemens Healthcare remote support being made aware so that they can guide you if needed. The teamplay Receiver software is simple, yet configurable so you can easily manage DICOM communications whilst staying within the remit of your hospital s data privacy policy.
