NUTRISPHERE-N (N-N ) QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZERS Manages Nitrogen Volatilization and Nitrification N-N QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZERS manages and protects granular nitrogen fertilizers by reducing volatilization and nitrification when applied with granular nitrogen fertilizers to the soil. Active ingredient Partial calcium salt of maleic-itaconic copolymer. N-N QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZERS IS A NON-PLANT FOOD INGREDIENT AND NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE AS A FERTILIZER SUBSTITUTE NOTICE: N-N QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZERS works best when evenly sprayed onto granular nitrogen fertilizer that is to be applied to the soil. When undisturbed, N-N QUICK DRY prevents or reduces volatilization and nitrification of granular nitrogen fertilizers. Do not use with liquid nitrogen fertilizers or use on seed. Read entire MSDS and label before use, including all Warnings, Warranty Disclaimers, Notices, Cautions made below. Always wear proper personal protection and follow instructions for treatment and application. Use according to label directions. MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: N-N QUICK DRY should be evenly sprayed, not poured onto granular nitrogen fertilizers. In cold conditions, check viscosity of N-N QUICK DRY prior to spraying.standard spraying equipment works well for evenly spraying granular nitrogen fertilizers. Do Not Apply N-N QUICK DRY to granular nitrogen fertilizers that are wet prior to treatment. If after treating with N-N QUICK DRY, the granular nitrogen fertilizer is wet, allow to dry before use. To prevent streaking a field, do not apply wet fertilizer. N-N QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZERS can be used with multiple types of granular nitrogen fertilizers. However, the quality and composition of nitrogen fertilizers varies greatly. Before evenly spraying N-N QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZERS on other nitrogen fertilizers, those fertilizers should be batch tested to determine compatibility with N-N QUICK DRY. If wetness occurs, pre-treat to allow time for drying. Do not blend urea or other granular nitrogen fertilizers that are wet. Do not attempt to spread wet fertilizer, as streaking may occur. For optimum results pretreat all nitrogen products and allow drying before mixing. This product is not intended for use with Ammonium Sulfate. SFP recommends N-N QD O or N-N QD Orange for use with Ammonium Sulfate. 316 stainless steel pumps and attachments are recommended. When seals are used, seals made of Gore-tex, Teflon or Viton are required. See www.sfp.com/use for an up-to-date list of use guidelines; such guidelines are incorporated herein by reference as if set forth fully herein. TREATMENT RATES N-N QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZERS is recommended to be evenly sprayed at a rate of 0.25% or 1/2 gallon of N-N QUICK DRY per ton of granular nitrogen fertilizers and other nitrogen fertilizers. (2.1 liters per metric ton). APPLICATION RATES: N-N QUICK DRY treated nitrogen fertilizer should be applied to the soil in the same manner as nitrogen fertilizers without N-N QUICK DRY. CAUTION: When using N-N QUICK DRY, if different farming methods from those normally used are tried, test strips are recommended until such new methods have been proven to be effective. ANTI CAKING PROPERTIES: N-N QUICK DRY for Nitrogen Granular Fertilizers has shown to inhibit caking of the fertilizer that sometimes occurs with granular nitrogen while stored in bins. WARNING: N-N QUICK DRY for GRANULAR NITROGEN FERTILIZER Contains Methanol.
