Conference Sponsorships: Sponsors will receive varying levels of visibility at the conference appropriate to their investment. Directors Meals: Directors or Administrators Breakfast or Luncheons- $3,000/ meal. (Monday or Tuesday Includes cost of food, AV) Directors meal sponsorships are available only to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond level sponsors. *Priority for date/meal will be given to organizations that sponsor at a higher level. All Directors meal sponsorships will be confirmed by February 1 st. Sponsorship recognition will include: company logo on conference website and signage, a brief listing in the final program, one complimentary conference registration, brief opportunity to address the group sponsored event. Exhibit Space Exhibit Space: Single Table: $750/$850 Double Table: $1,400.00/$1,600.00 (early/late) Non-Profit Single Table: $500 *Early Rate is valid prior to Feb. 1 st, 2018. Display space includes a 6 skirted table and chair, and one conference registration. Space will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis. Power & internet for space is not included in the fee and will be available for an additional charge. A form to order power and phone lines directly will be sent with your confirmation information. Exhibit Set Up: Sunday, April 15 th, 2:00-6:00 p.m. Exhibit Hours: During continental breakfast and refreshment breaks and when group is not in session, starting at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, and ending at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Exhibit Tear Down: After 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 th.
