WONDERWARE SYSTEM INTEGRATOR PARTNER PROGRAM The purpose of the Wonderware System Integrator Partner Program is to attract, support and retain skilled System Integrator (SI) partners to deliver highly productive solutions to end-users, utilizing market-leading, open Wonderware software solutions. In addition, they can achieve certification with other strong Invensys brands such as Avantis, Foxboro and SimSci-Esscor in combination with Wonderware software.

The Wonderware SI Partner Program is a multi-tier support system that recognizes participants by their level of experience and certifications with Invensys brands, market focus, and industry-related expertise. The goal is to keep expertise close-at-hand to each customer, no matter where they are in the world. SIs that are certified by the program have experience with a wide range of technologies from instrumentation to valves, to drives and robots, from single-loop control to distributed and supervisory control, from manufacturing execution systems to supply-chain planning and enterprise management systems. Maintaining collaborative business relationships with ecosystem partners worldwide allows us to provide exceptional vertical industry focus, while ensuring the business results that our customers need. The program provides training and certification opportunities for our SI partners and encourages end-users to require that their preferred partners gain the highest levels of expertise and certification. In addition, the program gives SI partner organizations a concrete methodology to nurture the skills and expertise of their employees, providing a competitive edge in delivering successful projects and retaining high-quality employees. WONDERWARE SYSTEM INTEGRATOR PARTNER BENEFITS Customers are looking for solution providers to assist them with increasingly more complex business challenges, and more complex system requirements. These challenges run the gamut from control systems and security, to system infrastructure and scalability issues. Customers need to integrate enterprise, manufacturing and mobile solutions; avoid situations where providers are learning on the job ; ensure implemented solutions work once they are deployed; and they demand that projects are completed on time and on budget. As an SI, one of your key challenges is in gaining access to buyers, sometimes deep within an organization, and providing the credibility those customers are looking for when they make buying decisions. That s why SIs are critical to the effectiveness of the Invensys Partner Ecosystem; and that s why Invensys has been a partner in the success of so many SIs. SIs can objectively validate their skill, experience and capabilities for customers. Participants in our partner network and certification program gain the skills and expertise to meet those customer demands, significantly increasing their competitive advantage. The selling channel is huge. Certified SIs have access to one of the largest installed bases in the industry. Invensys has sold over 600,000 software licenses in approximately 125,000 plants worldwide, which is about 36 percent of the world s 350,000 plants with 20 or more employees. Certified SIs will obtain the highest level of technical support. A Certified Developer, working for an SI organization, can access their local support organization

or work directly with the Invensys Global Customer Support organization to access a high level support representative to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Certified SIs will be at the forefront of innovation in the industry. Certified SIs may receive invitations to product beta programs and training prior to a commercial product release, giving them a technical jumpstart. At certain levels of partnership, SIs can preview product enhancements and upcoming releases, and provide feedback on new products prior to release enabling SIs to contribute to the direction of product development and enhancements. Certified SIs gain access to larger customer projects through collaboration with Invensys distribution partners, in particular, the Wonderware distribution partners. Distributors put a premium on certification to ensure successful project implementation and choose certified solution providers to help win contracts from large customers and earn repeat business. The extended reach of our global network brings the SIs marketing and promotional message to the users they want to reach. SIs can participate in grouppromotional opportunities: advertising, listings, events and logo-usage to expand their industry awareness and footprint. Registered Partner The entry level to the program, the Registered SI tier fits organizations that simply need to have access to a development system and the basic resources to deliver a successful project. To participate, SIs should contact their local Wonderware Distributor, who in turn sponsors the SI and application. As part of the local on-boarding process the SI may attend product training through their sponsoring Authorized Wonderware Distributor. A Registered Partner has: Received distributor sponsorship; Completed enrollment into the Wonderware SI program; Purchased annual consignment subscription and support; Completed product-specific training (local requirements vary). PARTNER CLASSIFICATIONS Within the wide network of Invensys partners, we recognize that SIs play a critical role in delivering, integrating and maintaining Invensys solutions. As such, Invensys certifies SIs according to a tiered system, based on experience with specific products, proven industry expertise, and markets served. Each SI may be certified at different levels for each Invensys offering brand and product with which they apply. Only those SIs with proven technical excellence, customer service and integrity participate in our Certified and Endorsed program levels, and we maintain strong relationships with them so that they are knowledgeable about upcoming product releases, support updates and other information critical to the mutual success of customer projects. With this extensive support, we ensure that these SIs are able to provide customers with the highest quality service. SIs can enter the program at a range of levels. Certified Partner (multiple levels) For those companies who want to fully-leverage the benefits of the Wonderware System Integrator Partner Program, Invensys certifies SIs who have proven project delivery using certain products, integrating solutions on our System Platform, or with particular vertical industry applications or technology toolkits. A Certified Partner has: Validated technical proficiency on one or more product categories (multiple certifications are available); Multiple fully-trained and Certified Developers for at least two products; Demonstrated multiple successful implementations of current Wonderware products in the first year, with continuing implementations annually.

Because we recognize certification in multiple product areas, we have developed a stepped-system for certification levels. These certifications span a range of products, starting with becoming a Wonderware InTouch Software Certified Partner; then, an SI can move to Wonderware System Platform Certification, and fully engage with Invensys on MES opportunities through system certification as a Wonderware Operations Software and/or Wonderware Performance Software Certified Partner. Other Invensys brand offering certifications will continue to be added to the program as well. Endorsed Partner Of all the levels in the SI program, Endorsed SIs have demonstrated the greatest commitment to building a strong Wonderware software practice within their businesses. It is an INVITATION-ONLY program for SIs with multiple years of certification on our platform products, these firms are among the best-in-class in providing our mutual customers with comprehensive software solutions that increase customer efficiency, reduce costs and maximize customer profits. An Endorsed Partner has: An exclusive relationship with the Wonderware software business practice; Met target criteria in a range of business performance areas. The Endorsed group is most heavily-engaged in jointbusiness planning activities with regional Invensys sales and distribution teams to remain knowledgeable about existing products, as well as upcoming product releases, support updates, and other information that is critical to project success. These strong relationships are maintained to ensure that the partnership enables participants to meet consistent global service standards and high levels of competitive success. CERTIFIED DEVELOPER PROGRAM For an SI to achieve the various levels of certification in the Wonderware System Integrator Partner Program, it must have multiple Certified Developers on staff. The certification process is governed by our Certified Developer program, which provides examinations on a broad array of products ranging from Wonderware InTouch HMI to Wonderware Operations and Wonderware Performance, as well as Toolkits, Industry Applications and other Invensys offering brands. Exams are designed to challenge developers and to measure their mastery of the technology area being evaluated. Applying for Certified Developer Certification Prospective Certified Developers must apply for exams through their local distributor of Wonderware products. Certified Developer exams are online technical exams. Certified Developer exams are available at the System Integrator Resource Center along with other technical resources. Once a registrant has obtained a Certified Developer User ID from their sponsoring Wonderware Distributor, the developer will have access to all product exams and will receive their results immediately. Upon passing the exam, the Developer will receive a Certified Developer I.D. card by mail listing all certifications, and will be able to gain access to our support knowledgebase and, unique to this program, have access to Level 2 technical support from Invensys senior support engineers. Our web listing for certified SIs reflects the total number of Certified Developers for each product area. Customers will therefore see the depth of resources offered by an SI.

JOINING THE PROGRAM Partner Policies and Responsibilities SIs enroll in the program through Wonderware Distributor sponsorship. Regardless of where a Partner is located worldwide, the program will be administered using a common set of protocols by a Distributor that is local to the SI Partner. Authorized Wonderware Distributors will engage with a local Invensys sales manager to refer potential SIs, and will jointly be responsible for ensuring SIs enroll properly, participate, and abide by program policies and procedures. Registered SIs will be encouraged to seek certifications for the products with which they most often work. Software Consignment and Support Packages There are a range of consignments available to ensure the highest level of program flexibility. Some examples follow for your reference. Advanced Demo Consignment Subscription An expanded capability provided as a convenience to Partners who create and support applications that include Wonderware MES Operations and Performance Toolkits. Advanced Demo Consignment Subscription and Support includes: Wonderware Development Studio Demo Consignment, plus MES Consignment Wonderware QI Analyst Wonderware Operations and Performance Wonderware InBatch Server Toolkit Package Consignment (All Toolkits include new ArchestrA Object Toolkit.) CONSIGNMENT POLICIES SI Partners must be registered to purchase consignments, and those consignments must be purchased from the local Authorized Wonderware Distributor. Consignments must be complemented by a Support Agreement. The Consignments and Support Agreements are subscriptions that must be maintained, renewed and paid annually. Consignment subscription license files expire after twelve months and must be replaced annually by renewing the consignment and support.
