Introducing a new interface for Electronic Agreement in the Property Management System. This generates an Agreement no. as a reference code in the system that is provisioned for lease/sales. Leads to transformation of prospects into lessee/buyer. Attach the premise unit(s). Record the lessee/buyer information in detail. Define payment elements like rent/rate, security charges, maintenance etc. Create and attach payment terms and payment schedule. Follow work flow process to approve e-agreement. Visitors may need a parking ticket for their vehicle. The Car Parking executive notes down the vehicle no. and entry time. After security clearance, the executive issues a parking ticket to vehicle owner. The parking ticket may/may not have price attached. Parking ticket price may vary depending upon weekday/time/offer period. Provision to integrate with any Third Party Parking Ticket System for an effective revenue sharing model.
