Licensing Solutions Option #1 You become an Authorised Representative of The SMSF Expert. Option #2 Refer your clients to us for advice and we ll be the SMSF Expert for you. We provide on-demand support and deliver SMSF advice to your clients on your behalf. Fees for our on-demand service are very reasonable, and vary depending on the level of involvement that you desire - the more data you provide, the lower the cost of the Statement of Advice. Option #3 Use your own licence and use our SMSF technical support and documentation services. We offer compliance support, marketing material, training and resources, reduced price Statement of Advice (SOA) production and, importantly the comfort of knowing that help is at hand if you are subjected to an ASIC audit. Should your client take up the recommended SMSF strategy, we will hand your client back to you for continued compliance advice including setting up their SMSF, ensuring you remain as accountant and adviser for your clients. If you are willing to take on part of the process, and want to save on fees, you can coordinate the Fact Find completion and the presentation of an SOA prepared by The SMSF Expert. This will require you to collate all the necessary documents such as existing fund statements. You will still however get the same SOA as you would if we were to deal directly with the clients.
