4 Tool & Die Plastics 5 Established over 30 years ago, Gallagher s Tool & Die team apply a combination of art and science to design plastic injection and pressure die cast moulds for internal and external customers. This comprehensive experience allows us to offer a diverse range of tooling capability from small, single cavity tools through to complex, multi-cavity tools with moving parts. And by combining Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Machining skills with our plastics and electronics manufacturing divisions we provide solutions for a variety of customers around the world including automotive, medical and animal health industries. World class systems and processes Our market leading lean production systems are constantly being refined under a culture of continuous improvement. We maintain, develop and relentlessly upgrade an effective Quality Management System, which surpasses the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 by extending these to meet the stringent requirements of IECEx OD/005 and ANZEx MP87 Standards. Further to this, through EC-type examination, Gallagher have earned ATEX quality management system certification against EN13980. Easy to deal with We have a simple and clean client management team structure to support Contract partners: Business Development Manager Account Manager to deal with the day-to-day orders Senior Engineering Technician, for all technical enquiries While this team takes a lead role in delivering the management services, they are not alone and are complemented by many other specialists and suppliers as required. We stand behind it We have strict quality controls in place, throughout each step of manufacturing and assembly. Prior to manufacture the specific criteria for each assembly will have been agreed upon, which includes any speific checks, the testing procedure, and the pass/fail criteria. We welcome the opportunity for customers to visit our premises and are happy to organise audit schedules specific to customers needs. A number of our existing customers have strict auditing requirements that necessitate a physical visit to our factory to review the status of their products and stock. Leveraging across the business The Gallagher Group use a SAP ERP system that includes the contract manufacturing site. SAP fully integrates our planning, production, financial, supply chain management, tracking, quality, business intelligence, and email systems. In addition, our Purchasing department works with suppliers to establish commitments that minimize risk and ensure that raw materials and components are available on time to support production
