Our customers always can provide a color sample or Pantone Number; we will compound the color pigs to meet the Pantone Numbers. For TPU material or some rubber material, the worst color is the white color if the product is used outdoor. This is because the aging of white is easily turning the white color to Yellow. We always run a UV test for our customers to simulate the outdoor use for half a year that we have the 300W UV light to shooting from 30CM for 72 hours and then judging the color changing as per Grey Scale ISO 105 A02. We also run the Salt Spray Test (100 hours as per ASTM B 117 03) for all metal parts, especially, our products for diving industries. This is because the diving industries are super strict for material and any false material or coating can cause the rusting. Also, all parts with coating or plating must meet the Friction, 2B Pencil and Scratch Tests in order to check the thickness and stickiness in order to guarantee quality when the customers receive the goods. Twisting & Pulling tests are applied to all watch straps; this is to verify the stability of structure when user is using the strap under a extremely bad situation.
