GAZOCEAN, one of the oldest companies specialised in maritime transportation of liquefied gases and, is a pioneer in the development of LNG carriers technologies as cargo containment or propulsion systems. Founded in 1957 by R. Boudet, in 2013, GDF SUEZ LNG (80%) and NYK Line (20%) are the shareholders. GAZOCEAN is providing Crew,Technical and Commercial Management services for LNG and LPG carriers, Consulting services and Training for the Gas Industry. Experimental voyages in Artic zone and NE route for Yamal LNG. Emirates LNG (since 2012) for an 2 x 170k offshore import terminal (FSRU + FSU) located at Fujairah (UEA), with an assistance to KOGAS as technical adviser for ELNG in the draft of the technical specification of the FSRU and FSU, evaluation of the bidders, support during the FEED phase for the marine, safety, logistic studies and manoeuvring simulations. Today, assistance to TECHNIP as inshore terminal engineering for Emirates LNG 14

CONSULTING SERVICES RECENT ACTIVITIES GAIL (since 2013), together with Barry Rogliano Sales (BRS), as technical and commercial consultant to prepare a tender for a fleet of about 10 x 170k LNG carriers within the scope of a new LNG import contract between India and USA (shale gas). Draft of the technical specification of the LNG carriers, of the time charter party, management of the tender and of the bidder selection. BONAPARTE LNG (since 2012), developed by GDF SUEZ and SANTOS, for an offshore liquefaction plant located above 3 offshore gas fields in North Australia. Contribution during the pre-feed period, in marine studies, procedures and review on mooring, manoeuvring and LNG transfer, review of the pre-feed design concept. 15

CONSULTING SERVICES LNG AS FUEL PROJECTS Thanks to its experience of first operator of Dual Fuel Diesel Electric LNG carriers, GAZOCEAN is involved in the development of the use of LNG as fuel by: Contributing to the draft of the applicable regulations (IGF Code, French Code for LNG powered vessels, Training and Qualification Standards) Assisting Owners for various projects of considering propulsion systems using LNG as Fuel Draft of specification of a LNG Bunkering Vessels Member of various Working Groups as SIGTTO advisory Group, ICS Tanker Panel, French Shipowners Association working group, etc. GDF SUEZ 16
