Overall Transition Status NPAC SMS Platform Build Outreach and Onboarding Industry Testing Data Migration and Go-Live Data center construction is complete Release A development is complete Release B development is complete and undergoing industry testing 96% of SP/SB/PTRS SPIDs are engaged in onboarding, 89% are complete 81% of ELEP entities have registered, 30% have completed service agreements Vendor testing has surfaced issues, which are requiring longer than planned timeframe to resolve Industry testing progress includes: CMIP vendor testing: 4 SUTs completed regression testing, 5 are in progress XML vendor testing: 2 systems are complete and 2 are in progress. Issues have been identified and being worked Service provider testing: 26 mechanized systems are complete, 1 is in progress and 3 are pending start 12 Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) approved; 3 have completed execution and 5 are being executed Working to reach agreement remaining parallel operations requirements, including data migration LNPA-to-LNPA data migration testing is complete for all regions, pending final validation On Track At Risk Critical 7

Group and Round Robin Testing As of 1/12/18 Overall Testing Status 25 Test SPIDs Logged 19 connected to testbed one; 3 in progress, 3 pending start 12 organizations 12 wireless, 5 wireline, 8 non-carrier 22 CMIP, 3 XML Testing activities are well underway; no significant issues have been reported The LNPA Inter-Carrier Testing Subcommittee (ITSC) continues to host regular calls to review progress and discuss next steps Testing Progress 34% of test cases have been successfully executed 1 wireless to wireless SPID Pair has successfully executed 12 test cases 3 multi-carrier groups have been created 1 group comprised of 3 carriers successfully executed an end-to-end test case Additional testing is being planned to include more carriers and test scenarios Mechanized NPAC Users are highly encouraged to participate in Group and Round Robin testing to supplement required testing and ensure NPAC readiness Suggested Next Steps: 1. Bulk Data Download (BDD) File Update Development of the BDD File process is complete Bulk data download functionality was included in Release B iconectiv successfully completed internal QA of Release B Industry Testing of the BDD File process has started Accessible through the mechanized user interface and/or VPN BDD Testing via the SFTP site will be available mid-march Additional Information The Full and Delta Bulk Data Download (BDD) M&P is available on the NPAC customer portal and includes the file download instructions A Transition Overview document will be provided to NPAC users on 1/26 with information on: how to request a BDD file during regional migration, how to schedule an automatically recurring BDD report with iconectiv, and related items To test BDD, contact the iconectiv Help Desk for information 20
Ancillary Services Cutover Overview
Ancillary Services Cutover Overview Ancillary Services users (WDNC and ELEP) will have a single, nationwide cutover on March 4 th with an acceptance date of March 15 th. Preparation iconectiv completed the stand up of the LSMS that will support ancillary services on 1/11 ELEP users must have their service agreements with iconectiv completed by mid-february and testing complete by the Solution Readiness date on 2/28 WDNC users must be fully registered with iconectiv by mid-february All users should ensure information about the cutover is circulated to stakeholders in your organization What to expect NPAC-only users will not be affected during the Ancillary Services cutover After 3/4, ELEP and WDNC users nationwide will be provided through the iconectiv portal iconectiv will conduct the cutover dry run for ELEP API users on 2/17, the Go-Live on 3/4, and the system soak through 3/15 Next Steps Portal credentials, billing contacts, and Transition Overview documentation will be provided to registered users by mid-february Please contact the TOM or iconectiv with any questions 22
