Last year our 2nd Annual Drumstick Dash last year was AMAZING with over 800 enthusiastic runners trekking through the iconic streets of CBS Studios, then off the studio lot and onto Colfax St. Most importantly we were able to raise a significant amount of money to support the rescue mission. This year we anticipate over 2,000 participants as we add many new additions to the course and race day festivities. I am writing to ask you to consider sponsoring the 2017 Drumstick Dash, below I have outlined three impactful ways to partnering with the mission this Holiday season. 1. Become a sponsor a. This is of course the most important way you can support Hope of the Valley. These funds underwrite the life saving work the mission provides on a daily basis. 2. Become a brand participant a. Your organization supplies branded items that can be used at the event, you may even have many of these items already in storage from former events. One example is branded Tote bags, imagine every runner leaving race day with a tote bag bearing your logo. 3. Become a partner a. Without making a further donation to the drumstick dash you have the ability to make a positive impact. From donating social media posts to volunteering a marketing executive to consult on the event, there are no limits to the creative ways you can make a difference. All proceeds of this annual event will provide holiday meals and housing to those experiencing homelessness. Drumstick Dash 2017 BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES PUT YOUR LOGO EVERYWHERE As a sponsor of the Drumstick Dash, we want to showcase your generousity and highlight your commitment to the community in creative ways. Beyond having your logo on the step and repeat or on the main stage, imagine every runner leaving with your logo on their finishers medal or wearing an inflatable turkey hat with your branding. The cost of these items is minimal but the impact and exposure is big. Do you have old promotional products on hand that can be used at the drumstick dash, such as tote bags, pens, hats and pretty much everything else?
