What s included and what s required for a successful implementation and integration INCLUDED IN SERVICE SCOPE The starter implementation service enables you to deploy an extensive range of SAP Cloud for Customer solution functionality. The implementation includes functionalities for account and activity, sales territory, sales lead, opportunities management, sales quote (using a standard form from SAP), sales forecasting, product, and collaboration as well as pricing functionality from the SAP Cloud for Sales solution. You also get single-sign-on functionality, mobile integration, and integration with Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. In addition to implementing SAP Cloud for Customer, the starter service enables you to integrate the solution with your SAP ERP application. SAP experts will conduct a workshop on dashboards and reporting to familiarize your business users with the powerful tools at their disposal. Your deployment can accommodate up to 200 users, and the solution features a two-tier landscape, with two workflow approval levels and two notification rules. Data migration can be performed for up to 10,000 records per object (your organization is responsible for account, contact, product, and pricing data migration). The starter service is provided for one legal entity in one country, for one sales team and its sales processes. 7 / 15
NOT INCLUDED IN SCOPE Marketing, partner channel management, and sales quota planning survey functionality are not included in the scope of the service. Also not covered are industry solutions, integration with other SAP or third-party applications, migration of historical transactional data (data not currently being used), or idoc modification.
