Developing Manager Mini MBA To assist developing leaders to master advanced business skills Developing business leaders seeking to broaden and strengthen their knowledge of business theory and practice. The Mini MBA is perfect for those with considerable specialist experience in one area who want exposure to other areas of the business. It is also a great help to managers who will soon be, or are currently, leading major projects and for those who aspire to positions of greater responsibility. 5 Consecutive Days The Mini MBA is an intensive five-day programme designed to give you the maximum impact from a limited time away from work. I was particularly interested to learn from and work with people outside my industry, both from a development perspective but also to widen my personal network.
