PEMAC Assets is designed to assist you in the planning, management and implementation of an effective asset maintenance strategy. Functionally, the system allows you to identify your critical assets; dynamically create preventative maintenance plans; generate, plan and report on work orders; develop a traceable asset history and record spare parts transactions. Strategically PEMAC s Maintenance Intelligence Dashboard and Reports allows you to use historic and real-time data to create time or performance-based maintenance strategies and ensure maximum asset availability. 1

What is PEMAC Assets? PEMAC Assets is a web-based multi-site, multi-language and multicurrency Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that enables you to effectively manage your assets and meet your corporate performance goals. PEMAC Assets automates maintenance management, reduces equipment downtime, reduces the cost of repairs and helps ensure the high quality of both equipment condition and output. PEMAC Assets ensures that assets and equipment are available when needed, running efficiently and cost effectively. Using historical asset data and real-time equipment feeds (runtime hours), PEMAC Assets produces preventative maintenance insights (time-based, usage-based or condition monitoring) to optimise the lifecycle of assets and ensure your maintenance strategy is lean. PEMAC Assets manages storeroom stock levels by looking at the demand for spares over time, allowing you to effectively manage usage and investment in spare parts. PEMAC Assets Intelligence dashboard displays simple and relevant metrics to increase understanding around assets and thereby increase visibility and accountability. Such metrics include; asset downtime related to work, defect analysis, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), asset reliability comparison, maintenance costs by asset, work orders (planned versus unplanned), cost of spare parts and resource hours. PEMAC Assets is available as a Software-as-a- Service or on-premises solution.
