Our services Strategy to Action Strategy to Action is about making your plans work in the real world. Companies that can execute their strategic plans effectively have an in-built competitive advantage; strategy has no inherent value unless you can execute it. Our strategy to action solutions incorporate effects-based leadership tools including our proprietary 5MAP framework and build meaningful connections between people, strategy and operations. High Performance Change Programmes Strategic projects often form the building blocks of a change programme and despite extensive investment in proven project management techniques, some initiatives still stubbornly refuse to deliver expected results. We understand that strategic change issues are frequently hard and the people issues often harder. Organisational Leadership Capability The current global business environment makes it more difficult for organisations to distinguish themselves on market, technology, product or price. With marginal differences between the strategies of many organisations, those that win have an organisational model in which people are capable of giving their best and are motivated to do so. Executive Coaching In today s business world, executives are under intense pressure to adapt to frequent changes in role and increasingly complex challenges. Organisations need their executives to get on board quickly and start to deliver results. Extended transition periods are a feature of the past and pressure is a feature of the present, although human substrate hasn t adapted to take this into account. Executive coaching is an effective means of addressing individual needs and improving the chances of success for executives in transition to a new role. We use a pool of experienced coaches with extensive business experience to ensure that the coaching process combines challenge and support in order to help the individual deliver better organisational outcomes. High Impact Conferences Leading Change are experienced at building and managing high impact conferences and workshops that have immense power to engage people, then turn your strategy and plans into action. Engagement No matter how good your ideas and people are, you will not achieve your potential as an organisation unless people are fully engaged. Our engagement programme uses our unique VOI 3 CE model to really connect people to your plans at an emotional level and develop effective engagement at every stage of change. Leading From A Distance Leading teams can be challenging in any environment. When they are dispersed in multiple locations the challenge is amplified. Remote teams will be more likely to reveal weaknesses in the teams way of working. Leading Change developed the Leading From A Distance (LFAD ) programme specifically to address the challenges associated with leading dispersed teams. We use highly interactive exercises to enable managers to gain an insight into their current style of team leadership, contrast it with best practice and understand how to apply that knowledge to their own situation. Management Development When you are implementing change there will inevitably be a number of areas where you need to develop or upgrade management capability in order to achieve your goals. Analysis of management development needs may have revealed a myriad of individual training and development requirements. Leading Change has a portfolio of management development programmes provided by a combination of in-house consultants, associates and trusted partners who can meet your specific needs in a number of areas related to business performance. Building Winning Teams No time or budget for team-building but you still require your people to raise their game to deliver on stretch performance expectations? The answer is to combine team-building with working on work so that teams can collaborate to find solutions to the real performance challenges they face. Leading Change deliver an effective experiential team development programme developed around The Five Dysfunctions of a Team ( 2005 Patrick Lencioni).
