SoCal Fall Sportsmen s & Outdoor Recreation Show April, 2016 Thank you for allowing us to submit this proposal for the first annual SoCal Fall Sportsmen s & Outdoor Recreation Show. We believe we have developed a strong marketing plan that will create substantial marketing impressions, strengthen community presence in the Inland Empire and direct thousands of customers to your place of business in our target market of the Inland Empire, at a cost far below standard advertising rates. The first Annual 2016 SoCal Fall Sportsmen s & Outdoor Recreation Show is hosted by the Southern California Fair & Event Center. This is a fantastic opportunity to jumpstart the fall and winter outdoor recreation economy in the Inland Empire! We believe you would benefit from this show as a sponsor, while enhancing both the quality and appeal of our presentation. Our goal is to feature sponsors, exhibitors, agencies, and supporting advocacy groups and associations representing the breadth of the Outdoor Recreational pursuits to the Inland Empire s like-minded residents with over $4 Billion in buying power! Our goal is to create THE signature consumer show featuring exhibitors, attractions, seminars, information, food, entertainment and much more. With extensive electronic spots, social media, dozens of newspaper and magazine ads and thousands of collateral material s we expect to encourage well over 10,000 patrons to seek the latest in fishing, hunting, off roading, camping, boating and outdoor recreation equipment, services, and supplies. Sponsorship Opportunities Entitlements Sponsors will receive the following sponsorship entitlements: Pre- Event Coupon Opportunity Presenting sponsor will have the opportunity to exclusively distribute $2.00 OFF coupons at their place of business. We expect to distribute as many as 50,000 $2.00 OFF coupons. Community Print Media & News Releases Ads and articles will be designed to mention every sponsor prior to the event. However, there is no guarantee that every ad or article will contain the name and/or logo of every sponsor. Expected articles in the Weekend Entertainment Section along with several other articles over a period of weeks prior to each event are anticipated. Many of these articles will focus on specific special events at each festival; however, every attempt will be made to get each sponsor mentioned as much as possible. Radio Radio spots on several of the Inland Empire s prominent stations. Radio advertising will begin approximately 14 days prior to each event with live remote from the event. Every attempt will be made to mention the name of each sponsor prior to the event. However, there is no guarantee that every radio spot will contain a mention of each sponsors name. Posters All Posters will contain the names and/or logos of all sponsors contracted prior to printing. Print date is typically 45 days prior to first day of each event. Billboards and or Banner Signage billboards and banners will be located in high traffic locations throughout the Inland Empire. These signs will contain the names and/or logos of all sponsors under contract 90 days prior to the first day of the event. Website & Social Media All sponsors names and/or logos will prominently appear on the Official website, Facebook, and Twitter, for each respective event.
At Event Post Event Front Gate Main Entrance Welcome Banner Entrance banner viewed by all show patrons and visible from main frontage street. Banner will contain name/logos of all sponsors. Marketing Booth Each Sponsor is entitled to booth space for the distribution coupons and marketing materials, strategically placed on the show grounds. Specific Attraction Sponsors will have the opportunity to be the feature sponsor on various attractions such as (but not limited to) the Main Attraction, the Seminar Stage, and several other event specific attractions. Recycling and Trash Receptacle Signage Located throughout the show grounds. Thanks for Attending Banners Located at all exits. Banners will contain name/logos of all sponsors. Coupons And Marketing Promotions Coupons and marketing items distributed during the festival will have a continued presence. Event Signage Banners and signs will remain intact for several days after the event. Community Print Media Expected article after each event recapping the highlights and thanking all those involved. Unique and Special Marketing Opportunities Marketing Booth Booth opportunities at each event will provide the opportunity to hand out coupons and/or other promotional items (refrigerator magnets, key chains, bumper stickers, etc.). Monster Mural Created especially for the contributing sponsor from The Monster Mural LLC (www.monstermural.com). This 6 high x 20 long, themed mural will be colored in by show patrons/children over the entire event. The mural will depict places and activities found in the respective community as well as references to our sponsors. After the event, the completed Monster Mural will be given to the sponsoring organization for display at their discretion. Extreme Motorsports Show Title sponsor for the motorcycle stunt thrill show. Minimum 3 shows daily. Main Seminar Stage: Stage will be filled with various types of seminars and even a clothing fashion show. We are more then willing to explore any sponsor specific participation or attraction!
