Cord can be joined to make O-rings and extruded profiles can be joined to make seals. Silicone can be calendered and vulcanized to sheet and sheets can be cut to different gaskets. Meridian could provide the molded silicone products, extrusion profiles and the silicone sheet for different application. 5
Rubber elastomer Technical rubber products Flame/Fire Retardant Rubber CHANGZHOU MERIDIAN has pleasure in introducing our new fire / flame retardant rubber products in classification UL-94 V0, the O.I (oxygen index) can reach 34. We manufacture customer mouldings, sheetings, strips, gaskets, seals and etc. in either Silicone rubber, EPDM and CR with applications at high temperature and where a "Zero spread of flame" is required to specifications thus averting disasters. Silicone rubber, EPDM and CR products are available in a variety of grades and colors including special grades: Flame Retardant (FR) (UL-94 V0), Fire Safe Protection using high temperature, Insulation and Flame Retardant and Fluorosilicone. 6

Rubber elastomer Technical rubber products FEPM (AFLAS) Resistant to acid, alkalis, amines and steam The material of choice for products and systems that have to work in tough environments CSM (Hypalon) ACM (Polyacrylate rubber) ACMs are copolymers of a dominant acrylate monomer and a cure site monomer. Besides ACM, Changzhou Meridian also can provide unique BXSZ Alloy, a new material compound that the properties are between FKM and ACM. It improves ACM high-temperature resistance and oil resistance greatly and gets an economical solution compare to FKM in some applications. Polyurethane Products 8
Rubber elastomer Common Rubber Products EPDM, CR, SBR, NR NBR NBR provides the useful contribution for product applications requiring oil and gasoline resistance, abrasion resistance, gas permeability and thermal stability. Higher acrylonitrile content NBR provides improved solvent, oil and abrasion resistance, while a lower acrylonitrile content NBR improves compression set, low-temperature flexibility and resilience. 9
