Engineering & Design Our Engineering & Design Department produces design calculations, detailed fabrication and erection drawings utilizing the latest computer aided technology. Our Compress Design and CAD systems enables us to manufacture to the exact specification from clients supplied input data. In addition, every inquiry undergoes a thorough documented review by our Engineering, Quality Assurance & Control and Production Departments to ensure all customer specified requirements can be met. This also identifies differences of contract anomalies, which can then be addressed and resolved with the client at an early stage, preventing possible costly delays later. We fully appreciate the need for urgency and offer a prompt reliable service, from initial inquiry right through to delivery of material/s on-site.

Our quality Assurance & Control Team undergo comprehensive training programs for welding, non-destructive testing, blast cleaning, painting, cement lining, positive material identification (PMI) etc. Our NDE personnel are qualified & certified in accordance with our extensive written practice which meets the requirement of ASNT SNT-TC-1A and CP 189, as well as professional NDE level III. SAFAMI welding inspectors are qualified & certified in accordance with AWS standard QC 1. Coating inspectors are qualified and certified in accordance with B Gas CSWIP inspectors to grade 1/2/3.
