Annexure V Special Terms & Condition The following special condition without any deviation needs to be adhere to: 1. Check-list must be filled up & enclosed in the techno commercial bid. 2. An EMD of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) form of Cross demand draft in favor of Scooters India limited, Lucknow, payable at Lucknow. Bids/ Offer without EMD will not be entertained. EMD of Unsuccessful bidder shall be returned immediately after finalization of tender. SIL will not pay any interest on EMD amount. 3. EMD is liable to forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from the tender in any respect within the period of validity of this tender. 4. Within 15 days of Purchase order, the successful bidder shall furnish a security deposit to SIL in the form of performance bank guarantee valid till the completion of warranty/ guarantee period for an amount equivalent to 10% of the contract value. 5. Distribution shall be 100% on L1 vendor. 6. The payment terms shall be 45 days direct credit from the date of receipt of item at SIL. 7. The vendor should specify the make and model for Exhaust gas analyzer along with all other details and relevant data/ technical broacher. 8. Vendor must be quote to provide minimum One Year warranty for Exhaust Gas analyzer. 9. Tender will be rejected, if technical specification offered by the firm in the bid differ from that of Technical compliance sheet of tender. 10. Incomplete tender are liable to be rejected. 11. Specification should be strictly as per specified in annexure-ii. 12. At least one branch of the firm must be located in Lucknow. 13. Vendors should have the annual minimum turnover of Rs. 30 Lacs for non registered MSME and Rs. 20 Lacs for registered MSME. The vendor must furnish relevant documents i.e. audited balance sheet, profit-loss account statement of last 2 financial year s i.e. (2012-2013 and 2013-2014) etc. confirming the turnover. 14. The vendors are required to submit price offer with delivery term on FOR SIL STORE.

Annexure-VI MINIMUM QUALIFYING CRITERIA FOR VENDOR SELECTION 1. Specification of Exhaust Gas Analyzer would be strictly as per annexure-ii. Vendor must tick against each parameters of Exhaust gas analyzer of annexure-ii ensuring adherence to SIL s specification requirement 2. The bidder shall enclose tender document cost of Rs. 1000/- and EMD of Rs. 50,000/- by Demand Draft in favour of Scooters India Limited, Lucknow payable at Lucknow in techno commercial bid, failing which will lead to disqualification. 3. Bidder or its principal will be considered who had supplied their unit to icat & ARAI, OEM suppliers of vehicles and engines like TATA Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, TVS Motors, Piaggio, Bajaj Auto, Force motor, Maruti, Ashok Leyland, Hero Motors, Greaves Cotton Limited & Lmbardini etc. Purchase Order must be attached with tender documents in support of above from concerned unit. 4. New vendor should fill-up vendor registration form & submit it along with tender documents. Vendor registration format can be downloaded from our website www.scootersindia.com and duly filled Form should be attached with Techno Commercial Bid. 5. Company Profile and brochure should be invariably attached with the tender documents. Also furnish manufacturing and testing facility and infrastructure for the items subjected to verification by SIL team. 6. Vendors should have the annual minimum turnover of Rs. 30 Lacs for non registered MSME and Rs. 20 Lacs for registered MSME. The vendor must furnish relevant documents i.e. audited balance sheet, profit-loss account statement of last 2 financial year s i.e. (2012-2013 and 2013-2014) etc. confirming the turnover.
