Why I wrote this report Ever since I set up the Money Makers Reviewed website I have received literally HUNDREDS of emails and had conversations with people who are struggling financially and are looking for a way to make some extra cash. So when I came across this way of making money I wanted to turn it into a step by step How to product so I could share it with you. My intention here is to give you an easy, workable system that you can put into action in the next hour and make some money online even though; You DON T have much money You DON T have any experience You DON T have a website You DON T have any traffic You DON T have any customers Now I appreciate that this is quite a bold statement to make so all I ask is that you stick with me and keep an open mind as you read through this guide. But just to show you, here are the results of one of my campaigns; Page 4 of 29
As you can see this test resulted in $719.02 in sales with a recurring income of $104.46 per month and don t forget, I only did this once. You might be able to do this 2, 3, even 4 times a month and completely replace your income. But I want to be upfront and say something really important; These are MY results! I CANNOT guarantee your results that would be illegal! Your results WILL be different because the chances are that you ll be promoting different products through different people with different audiences. You might make less money than this, you might make no money at all chances are you that you will make even more money. So with that said, let s take a look at the simple 5 step system that we ll be using. NOTE: From this point on, we will be talking in terms of US Dollars as this is the preferred currency when making money through affiliate marketing. Page 5 of 29
The Simple 5 Step System The good news is that this is super simple to set up and there s very little to it. So what I want to do is to tell you what the 5 steps are and then look at each step individually in more detail. Is that ok with you? Good! OK so here we go That s it! Step 1 We are going to look for people who have the ability and are willing to promote what we are offering to a big audience - QUICKLY. Step 2 We are then going to find a product which is relevant to that audience that we can promote as an affiliate. Step 3 We are going to write a compelling message that will pull visitors into our offer. Step 4 We are going to ask the person that owns this audience to promote our message. Step 5 Check your results Once you have put these 5 steps into action, the end result should be money in your pocket. Now let s have a look at each step in detail. Page 6 of 29
Step 1 Look for people that have the ability and are willing to promote what we are offering to a big audience QUICKLY The very first thing we need to so is to find people that already have a ready-made audience that we can take advantage of. These people also need to be willing to promote our offer. But where do we find these people? www.fiverr.com that s where! Fiverr.com is what s called a Microsourcing website where you can get people to all manner of things for just five dollars. From the utterly bizarre; To professional services; You can also find people to do this sort of thing at; www.tenbux.com www.seerk.com www.gigbucks.com www.fourerr.com www.sevenstew.com Page 7 of 29
www.taskarmy.com In this example, we ll be using www.fiverr.com as it s personally my favourite site out of all of the ones I have just listed. So head over to www.fiverr.com and create an account. Once you have an account, enter the keyword Promote into the search bar at the top of the page; This will then show us all of the people or businesses that are willing to promote something for us. Now, it s worth noting here that not everyone s audience is created equal. Some people will have massive followings but they re not targeted to a specific niche or subject. Others might appear to have big followings but people aren t real so you ll need to have a good look around. A good way to spot a winner is to find someone that explains what niche their following is in their gig description (a Gig is the name given to the service or offer, every offer on the site is called a gig). Anyway, a good example can be seen below, here is a seller offering to promote your site related to Kids and Parenting ; Page 8 of 29
This is worth a closer look; In their description they state that they have over 6,000 social media followers all relating to kids and parenthood, mainly aimed at mothers. Page 9 of 29
So we ve been looking for what, 5 minutes and we ve already found a potential audience. In this case it doesn t say in the description that they promote affiliate links. So before we go any further we need to find out. We do this my sending the seller a message and asking. It s no good going through the whole system only to find out at the end that the seller doesn t want to promote affiliate links that would be wasted time you ll never get back! If the seller doesn t want to promote affiliate links, find someone who will. Note: If you don t know the type of audience a seller has, email them and ask. In this case it would be helpful to know if this is an audience of new mothers, how old their kids are etc. so we can find a suitable product to promote. Once we know the target audience and the seller will promote our affiliate links we need to find a related offer to promote. Page 10 of 29
Step 2 Find a related offer to promote to your new audience Now that we have found an audience we need to find a suitable offer to promote to them. We don t need to create an offer; we just need to find one that we can promote as an affiliate. Now, there are 2 ways we can do this. 1. You can promote a product and get paid a percentage for every sale you make, or, 2. You can generate leads for companies or product creators this is called CPA marketing or Cost per Action marketing. So what s the difference? Well, if you re promoting a product, you will get paid a percentage of the final sale price. So for example, if you re selling let s say a $50 ebook you might get paid 50% of the sale price. On the other hand if you re generating leads you might get paid a few dollars per lead that you generate. It has to be said that generating leads is easier than making sales but you get paid less. Also, CPA networks are much harder to get accepted into than regular affiliate marketing networks. So of for this example we re going to concentrate on conventional affiliate marketing. There are hundreds of affiliate networks but my favourites are; www.affiliate-program.amazon.co.uk www.cj.com www.jvzoo.com www.clickbank.com Page 11 of 29
Today we ll be using Clickbank as this is the most popular and the commissions are at least 50%. So head over to www.clickbank.com and sign up. Once you re signed up you can browse the marketplace and see what products are available; You can see that you can browse by category and that there is a category called Parenting and Families which is relevant to the audience we have just found and under the sub-category Parenting we have a selection of products that we could promote; Page 12 of 29
Now before we move on, I want to explain the stats to you as this will help you find quality products. Page 13 of 29
Initial $/sale this is how much money you will get paid when someone orders through your link. Avg %/sale this is the percentage of the sale price that you receive as a commission. So if you re promoting a $100 product you d and getting 75%, you d be getting paid $75 on every sale you make. Avg Rebill Total The rebill total is a recurring monthly income. So if a product has a membership program as part of the sales funnel and your customer signs up, that s how much extra you d make every month on average. Avg %/Rebill This is the percentage you d get of the rebill price so again if the monthly rebill amount is $50 you d get 75% of that which is $37.50. The good thing about promoting products with recurring monthly incomes is that you only need to do the work once and get paid again and again. Grav This means Gravity and basically refers to how many affiliates have made one or more sales of that product in the last 2 weeks (There are other factors that affect a product s gravity score but this is the main one). A low figure here doesn t mean that a product is rubbish a product might only have one affiliate but that affiliate might be making thousands of dollars in sales. You ll see some products with a gravity of 500 or more this is proof that a product is making lots of sales from lots of affiliates. But the more affiliates there are promoting a product, the more competition you have. Looking the image above you can see that the initial pay-out is $28.69, the commission percentage is 75% which is good and the average rebill amount is $17.14 and 21 affiliates have made one or more sales in the last 2 weeks. Clicking in the red title will take you to the product s sales page where you can take a look at the product in more detail; Page 14 of 29
This particular sales page has one of those really engaging sketch videos which tend to convert really well. This website also has an affiliate s page where you can sign up to promote the product; Page 15 of 29
Right at the top it tell you how much money they pay per sale 75% per sale + Upsells so you could stand to make a reasonable amount of money by promoting this product. When you sign up here you will be taken to their Affiliate Centre where they have pre-made tools to promote the product; There are a ton of promotional materials in here for you to use for free. So there we have it. We have found our audience AND a product to promote. The next thing we need to do is to create our affiliate link. So going back to the Clickbank marketplace we need to click on the product s promote button; Page 16 of 29
This will bring up a box that looks like this; All you need to do is enter your Clickbank username (the one that you made up when you signed up) and enter your Tracking ID. Your Tacking ID You don t need to enter a tracking if you don t want to but it makes it easier to see how your campaigns perform. For example, you might promote this product in several different ways. It helps to know which campaigns are working and which aren t, that way you can stop wasting time on the campaigns that don t work and scale up the ones that do. So in this case I would enter my username and a tracking code for this campaign; Page 17 of 29
In this case my tracking ID is fiverr-junno1986 as this is a campaign that we re running through Fiverr.com and the username of the vendor that we ll be using is Junno1986. Once you have entered your username and Tracking ID click on the Create button, this will create your affiliate link; We need the black link at the top. The blue link is what is called a hyperlink script which you might use if you had a website. Cloaking Your Affiliate Link As you can see, that is a long link and it looks horrible so what we need to do is shorten it and we can do this using a nifty website called www.tinyurl.com. All you need to do is copy and paste your big long affiliate link into the box where is says, Enter a long URL to make it tiny then create an extension as you can see, my extention is PottyTraining. Then once you have done this, click on the Make Tiny URL! button; Sometimes the extension you choose is not available so the website will create a random one for you. You can use this if you want or you can try and create a different extention. Page 19 of 29
I m just going use the one that has been given to me but a proper extension does look better than random numbers and letters. To make sure your link works, just copy and paste it into your web browser and hit Search You should then be taken to the web page of product you re promoting. To make sure that it has gone through your affiliate link you can do things; 1. Check the URL once you re on the product s page. It should contain your Clickbank username: As you can see, my username monmakrev is on the end of this URL. 2. Click on the order button and scroll right to the bottom of the order page and look for the affiliate s name; Again you can see my username so I am happy that all sales through my TinyURL link will come to me. And that s as technical as we re going to get! Page 20 of 29
Step 3 Write a compelling message to Pull visitors in When it comes to writing a compelling message I normally cheat. Want to know how I do it? Course you do! I simply go to the products affiliate page which is usually www.sitename.com/affiliates. In Clickbank you will quite often find a link to the affiliate s page in the products marketplace listing like this; If you can t find an affiliates page, contact the website owner. Anyway, once I m on the affiliates page I look for their promotional banners and I usually use the wording that is on those banners. I do this because banners are small so they need to deliver a message in as few words as possible which is what we need to do when advertising on Facebook or Twitter and other social media plaforms. Take this one for example; Page 21 of 29
The text on this banner is perfect! Discover 1 weird trick that got my child out of diapers in just 3 days That is literally all you need. So far we have; 1. Found our audience 2. Found a product to promote as an affiliate 3. Got our compelling message sorted out. All we need to do now is to ask the person who owns the audience to promote our message. Page 22 of 29
Step 4 Get the audience owner to promote your message All we need to do here is get the person who owns the audience to promote our message. How do we do that? We order their service from www.fiverr.com Remember in this example the person is advertising this service for just five dollars that s around 3.50 so we re not exactly breaking the bank here! Here is the listing we re going to use on Fiverr.com Click on the Orange Order Now button and make your payment. Page 23 of 29
Once you have made your payment you will be forwarded to a message page where you will be given instructions on what to do next; All you need to is respond to this message with your request, don t forget to give the seller your compelling message; Once you have done this, your work is done. You will get a message once the task has been carried out and then you can check your results. Page 24 of 29
Step 5 Check your results This is the fun part. All you work has been done and it s time to see how much money you have made so you need to log into your affiliate account. The seller should have messaged you on fiverr.com to say that the job is complete. The seller I used actually emailed me telling me that the promotion was a huge success; Remember, the affiliate network I used in this campaign was Clickbank.com. So head over to www.clickbank.com and log in. Once you ve logged in, click on the REPORTING link at the top of the page; Page 25 of 29
This will take you to the Reports page. This is where you will see all the cheques you ve been sent (if you e never used Clickbank before this will be empty). Now you need to click on the the Analytics link; When you re on the analytics page you need to find the link that says By Tracking ID on the left hand side of the page. Click on it; This will bring you to the page where you cn view all your stats for the tracking ID that you gave to your campaign; Page 26 of 29
