RMD Kwikform India Rapid Ply
Product Overview Rapid Ply is a versatile, cost effective modular wall formwork system from RMD Kwikform, designed pressures up to 60kNm². Faster Easier Modular panels with simple wedge and clamp connections allow quick assembly and disassembly of formwork. With heaviest panel weighing only 38.5kg (1.44m²), Rapid Ply panels can be set without the requirement of a crane. Efficient tie hole positioning reduces the number ties required, lowering costs and construction time. Versatile range of panels allows for flexibility in forming insitu concrete structures. Safer Panels can be wedged and clamped together into crane handled panels if required, increasing the productivity of the system. 1
Features and Benefits Rapid Ply is a proven system, designed to maximise on site efficiency, whilst maintaining the highest levels of safety. High Quality Finish Panels are inlaid with 12mm phenolic coated plywood or Alkus composite panel, providing extra long life and a high quality concrete finish. Versatile With 16 panel sizes available, Rapid Ply can be configured to a wide range of layouts to suit virtually any structure shape. Accurate Slots positioned at 300mm centres for connecting panels together using Rapid Ply Wedges, which automatically align the panels, saving time. Dual purpose wedges also increases speed of erection and reduce inventory problems. Speed Easily set by hand, Rapid Ply is fast to erect and dismantle with few site operatives required, saving time and money. Robust Frames The light but robust panels are made from high yield steel, manufactured to exacting specifications with stiffening ribs at 300mm centres making them more rigid and less prone to damage. 2
