We offer excellent Career development & benefits Read the career journey of one of our Directors, Paul Phillips My journey I joined Interim Partners in June 2011 having spent 10 years as specialist Finance recruiter in the mid-market. Having dealt with progressively more senior roles, I knew I wanted to progress my career at the Executive level, and the Interim market was the natural choice. Interim Partners stood out because it was independent - and not beholden to an executive search Big Brother for its work. We also benefit from a strong brand, being number one in the IIM survey and the go to name in the Executive Interim market. I wanted to work with experienced colleagues who were highly-skilled and fun. The friendly and collaborative environment appealed - offering the best elements of a corporate, without the downsides of a transactional recruitment business. The support to develop Having had a very successful first 18 months in the business and made a number of steps in the transition from mid-market to Executive recruiter I was promoted from Senior Consultant to Principal at the beginning of 2013 while we were all away on a work ski trip in the Alps! Paul s journey continued... 2013 was a tough year for me. I had to work hard to develop into a fullyfledged Executive Interim provider. I benefited from the support my managers and peers gave me during this time, resulting in a great 2014 and 2015. My promotion to Director swiftly followed. We are growing - fast I have seen how it is possible to move from a large mid-market recruiter into Executive Interim Management and progress quickly within an rapidly growing business.
