GIDC Initiatives Land Aggregation - Infrastructure Development Land Allotment GIDC Land Aggregation Policy Initiative: New Comprehensive Participative Policy New Comprehensive Participative Policy Land owners are made partners in the economic development of the estate Compensation & Sharing Interim Relief Capacity Building & Employment Sharing with Village Panchayat Provide10% of the differential amount between Allotment Price and Land (Consent) Price. Land owner will given commercial plot to the extent of 1% of their acquired land at token rate of Re 1 One time financial assistance equivalent to 750 days min. agri. wages Entire land loss One time financial assistance equivalent to 500 days min. agri. wages Marginal farmer Provide training in ITI or approved institutions upto 2 years between the age of 18 to 45 Trainee would be paid stipend, expenses etc. Obtain employment to one member 3% of the difference between allotment price and land will be utilized for public purpose projects The total of private and government land acquired of each village shall be considered for the proportionate allocation of this amount amongst the villages.
