In addition, by having your septic tank or sewage treatment plant emptied regularly, you can easily prevent pollution to ground and surface waters. HOT WATER CYLINDERS: In order to validate and maintain the warranty on Kingspan Hot Water Cylinders, we recommend having these serviced annually. This also keeps the water heater safe and in line with G3 building regulations and requirements. SOLAR THERMAL SYSTEMS: A properly maintained solar thermal system should last more than 20 years without losing efficiency. Over time, the antifreeze used to protect your system during winter months breaks down, reducing performance, and needs topped up or replaced.
