Position #1 Position #2 Driven Stack Roller Conveyor mounted on to the floor with forklift cutouts. In feed roller track with scissor lift Lift equipment includes heavy duty scissor lift with multiple height operation using oil hydraulic drive with separate pump and valve circuit. System automatically loads from Position #1 and can discharge last piece or partial bundle when lowered onto Position #3 for forklift pick up. Position #7 Lay-up and tray belt feed assembly - Manual pulling melamine papers and board substrate layup. - Film infeed belt table. Table includes power unit powering belt forward for bottom paper layup. - Wood based panel ( I.e. particleboard) is transported over and above bottom film via electrical power rollers on chain track. Board positions against forward stops above bottom film. Roller conveyors retract depositing panel onto lower film. - Upper film is pulled longitudinally and positioned over the panel manually. Composition of film board film is clamped automatically for loading into press. - Carriage move forward and picks up completed panel in press for discharge and at same time unloads new composition onto press platens. Tray belt carriage is powered via twin motor drives with frequency controls for high speed load / unload and accurate composition placement in press. Position #13 Cross alignment device aligns panel for stacker pick up. Outfeed Stacker To pick up and transport panels to or from the outfeed inspection location. Stacker is equipped with vertical power mechanism via electrical driven winch type motor assembly. Stacker pick up rack equipped with vacuum cups activated via venturi vacuum created suction devices. Stacker frame is constructed of heavy duty Ibeam structure with powered moving carriage controlled through inverter drives for accurate location and positioning.
